Unfortunately Wake Forest turned back into Wake Forest. Gave up the points we thought they would, but shot 30% from the field and didn't attempt a single free throw. Donation to the book.

Hornets on a road back to back as a 14.5 favorite. This would be the type of game the Hornets I know and love manage to lose.
-
I also like Montana tonight late +146. They beat Idaho in both meetings this year, and both squads were healthy. But I guess there is the old "hard to beat a team three times in one season" adage.

Well, if I was going to have a team bust up my parlay, I'm glad it was Texas losing. I fuging hate the Longhorns and their fans. That's a bad loss, should keep them out of the dance. Back on the books ... Wake and Clemson combined for 162 last meeting, and Wake gave up 89 points to Va Tech last night. Going over in the ACC nightcap.

It happens, you've been crushing the last few days / weeks. I've got a call with my team in China in 20 minutes and then I'll dig into some night action after not liking / playing much today.
-
Yea, I just saw Auburn is in a close one early. Not surprising in these tourney games, underdog comes out fired up, then the balance of talent levels and tips. Like the State game you called.
-
Yea, nice hit on State. I've got the ACC tourney on while working a bit. Put in a Louisville, Texas, Florida State and Clemson ML Parlay for fairly small.

Yea, I was so close to taking Pitt +5 first half. Always like a team who's played a game vs a team having their first game very early in the day. And in a "neutral" court where the sight lines are different, makes shooting in your first game down usually. But Pitt has just been so dreadful this year, I couldn't force myself to do it.
-
What you on? College hoops starts in 40 minutes. I don't see anything I love but haven't looked all that hard.
-
Ended the night strong. Now we can start hitting some March Madness!
-
Insane.

I don't have any money on it, but to be losing 5-0 to Italy in baseball is embarrassing. I didn't even know the WBC was on tonight, saw the ticker and thought we were playing a friendly vs Italy in soccer. Haha.

Got busy with some work stuff with my team in China and forgot to hedge Santa Clara. Gonzaga missed 7 or 8 free throws in the first half, need them to pull it together.

Were the Raiders massive spends in free agency contingent on Crosby being off their books? Can they afford all they did, plus bring him back with his $35M yearly salary? -
Stanford didn't show up at all in a game they had to have sitting on the bubble. They were the better team, but I stayed away from that one as I hate betting on a west coast team on an early east coast start.

Imagine if he missed the goal on a penalty, that would be some poo that happens to me. SMU cruising, still lot of game left though. I can't believe Syracuse plays a 2-3 zone in 2026. SMU is literally breaking it like they are playing 5 on 3.

$6.25 million per pump, not too shabby. -
Thanks for the education on that, wasn't aware of this. Seems odd and counterintuitive, but in Lloyds case I guess that worked to our advantage.
-
Agree on all this.

I read your "big impression on people" as a primary factor. Like I said, I'm glad we did something and if it works out it will be worth every penny. But on simple prior on field value, we significantly overpaid for Phillips. I'm not as worried about Lloyd's deal as it's easy to get out of in two years if he isn't what we paid for. But it does worry me his former team didn't want to pick up his fifth year option coming off a stellar 2025 for him. We shall see.
-
Yea, Spurs will have to push forward. Can't go into home stadium leg down 3 goals on aggregate.
-
Hard not to cash out a 15x multiplier, Spurs scored, so you got that one. Now just need Bayern. I'm on over 2.5 in the Spurs game, parlayed with SMU and Gonzaga later today.
-
The Panthers played great in that game. But that game had zero to do with why Phillips or Lloyd are here. They are both here because we WAY overpaid for Phillips production and health, and we made a HUGE bet that Lloyd's 2025 campaign wasn't a fluke, but instead was a glimpse at what he might be. But then you have to ask yourself why the Jags didn't pick up his fifth year option, which would've been way less than what we just paid him to figure out if his production is sustainable year over year. I'm glad Morgan and Tillis did something, but anyone telling themselves Phillips and Lloyd are here primarily because of this team's potential is lying to themselves.

Liverpool game has been up and down the field both ways the first third of the game.
