Kelvin Benjamin carted off at practice
OneBadCat replied to Captain Morgan's topic in Carolina Panthers
I know it seems bad and he fell without contact. But if I may, the video doesn't look as bad as some were suggesting before I saw it. Please be alright KB. -
Official Panthers - Bills GameDay Thread
OneBadCat replied to Jeremy Igo's topic in Carolina Panthers
I thought the team looked fairly decent last night. I didn't like the lack of push in the running game from the first team but the protection was pretty decent. I see a lot of comments about Fozzy but to me he looked good. He just had no where to run. Defense was avg but we aren't seeing the real D here. Star and KK make the world of difference. -
If he has a good year I wouldn't mind extending him. He has the kind of speed that when he gets older and slows down, he'll still be fast by NFL standards.

Got his ass whooped? I wouldn't say that's fair. It just looked like a shove match to me. And we all know who would win that.

As stupid as it was I honestly respect that both of them weren't taking each others sht.

Seems to me like we have just been waiting for Williams and Remmers to be given a shot at LT. They seem to be the most adaptable for the job. If they can be satisfactory we should be able to move Oher to RT where he may be better able to return to form.

But if we don't have Cotchery, who's going to run the WR screens?

Fun Fact: Panthers Receivers in the Playoffs
OneBadCat replied to Seal (SmittyIsOurSavior)'s topic in Carolina Panthers
Just imagine if we had prime Smitty right now. We'd be unbeatable. -
Never break $20 bills. The more large bills I save the more likely I will deposit them into savings, thus more savings. Always pay a full dollar amount at the gas station. Will avoid shitting at a girls place at all cost

How the Panthers spend: Defensive tackles
OneBadCat replied to Captain Morgan's topic in Carolina Panthers
Star is a rare talent but KK is becoming a dominating pass rushing force and we will need that more in my opinion. Especially since Hardy is not here and we need the pass rush slack to be picked up. We also have a history of finding suitable NT on the cheap with veteran FA. We're taking a DT early next year. We have to. And they might just replace Star or KK eventually. Y'all thought I was crazy for saying so like a month ago. I bet $5 we take a NT in the first 2 rounds next draft. No more no less because I'm a cheap ass. But damn it I want them both here for the long haul. They are both probowl caliber players. We also need to think about replacing the depth behind them though. Cole and Edwards are getting long in the tooth. -
Matt Ryan is in the same candyass category as Drew Brees. A lot of bullsht volume stats with game changing INTs. Cam would destroy the league with Julio Jones and Roddy White Also. Brandon LaFell went to the Patriots to play with arguably the greatest of all time QB. He had his best year. How do you explain that? Gee I fuggin wonder.

What a disingenuous douche.

Carolina Panthers 2015 Roster Projection
OneBadCat replied to Jeremy Igo's topic in Carolina Panthers
As long as Stewart can play he needs to start. He's way too talented not to. We need to play him while we've got him. I honestly think Fozzy is a pretty good RB too and Todman may have his uses here and there. Artis-Payne has an all around solid skill set. plus Tolbert. RB should be good to go. -

Cam's deal clears 1.6 million in 2015 cap
OneBadCat replied to Jeremy Igo's topic in Carolina Panthers
As much as I love Star if KK keeps trending up we just take a NT to replace Star the next few drafts. It's not an idea I particularly like but I could see DG doing it. We maybe in trade territory for some of those guys too. -
Can you die from too much neg rep?

It's been a while since I've posted here but I would like to get a little bit of advice while also providing an update to my gains. Back when I was posting a lot in here I was around 185 pounds. Since January I'd say I've really made a commitment to building my chest. I've been putting off deadlifts more than I would like to due to time constraints. But I am fiiting in squats when I can. My chest has always been a challenge for me and I think I have finally found a system that works for me. I started spacing out my chest routine by 3-4 days and only do it twice a week versus 3 times a week like I used to. I can now do 135 with ease and can execute explosive reps until about 185 pounds. My max bench is 210 right now. These are things I could not do last year or even ever really. Right now I do flat bench 135x6-8, 155x6, 185x4, 205x2 with a spotter. Once I hit 205 I then load the incline bench to 95. I then go back down in weight on flat bench like a pyramid. But between those sets I increase the incline bench to 125 and then 135. After those I hit the cable cross overs. My ideal goal is bench 225 by the end of the summer but I don't know if I can gain that fast. I've upped my protein intake for sure. My next question is this. I would like to start hitting dead lifts hard again. Im game for 2 times a week because I love the way they sculpt the body in addition to cardio that can come out of those sets. But can I do bench and dead lift on the same day? Is that too much heavy lifting? I want to bench twice a week, dead lift twice a week and still have time for squats. I'm not in as quite as good of shape as I was last summer but I do feel stronger. I still jump rope all the time and I am now able to do several double unders in a row. I'm still running 2-3 times a week. with jump rope after each lifting session. I've decided that everyday I don't lift I must at least run. The curious thing about that is that my weight has not changed. I am a solid 195 now and that has not budged in the past few weeks I've recommitted to cardio. I think part of it too is that my body has now adapted to the jump rope and it is not quite as easy as it was to burn the fat like last year. I know that it's best not to worry about weight when everything is fluctuating but is that a sign that I have made true gains? What's the best way to burn fat but keep protein up to keep getting stronger? Lean chicken, cans of tuna? Any sort of protein powders you guys would recommend?

"No debate" these QBs are better than Cam Newton
OneBadCat replied to SCP's topic in Carolina Panthers
Everyone after his also statement do not compare to Cam. He's better than those chumps. He's also better than Ryan. And again Drew Candyass Brees isn't that good. -
The problem is a lot of these "artists" aren't really musicians. They're singers. They don't even write their own music. It's hard for real bands out there to make a name for themselves. Maroon 5 is a perfect example of band who's first album was the tits because it was original and featured a traditional band set. Then they got all synth and pop and it made them crap. They are finally getting back to what made them good a long time ago. There is still great music out there though. Mayer Hawthorne Walk the Moon Empire of the Sun Pretty much my favorite modern music at the moment

It would be wrong to press charges in my opinion. I love riding a bike myself but in all honesty it's a stupid thing to do now days. You can't trust people to drive safely.
