I think if you look at our roster it doesn't seem like we have many holes, if any. But DE looks a little thin with Hardy's leave. I'm not worried about Ealy. I think he's got the tools be a really good player. It's depth behind CJ that bothers me. We all know Big Money can play. But the way he plays makes him prone to injury in my opinion. His motor is non stop which I appreciate. However, God forbid if CJ gets hurt are we banking on Frank Alexander to step up? I know Addison and Horton are good rotational players but how many here feel they can take on a starting role?

Well we haven't exactly given Cam a good enough supporting cast the last few years. However I do agree to extent. I would like to see him start taking over games with his passing prowess and we all know he can do it. He's got enough to work with at WR now and the line has gotten better. Really really want to see Cam pass for 27-30 TDs this year.

He isn't a suspect. When the dust settles I hope we offer him a contract. The talent is there. I know Jerry would be afraid to because of the Hardy situation.

Official* - Manny Pacquiao v. Floyd Mayweather - May 2, 2015

That fight was incredibly disappointing. How he thought he was winning was beyond me. Looked like he saw dollar signs and didn't give a sht about going for the win the last two rounds. -
How about some sort of neg rep variation to pie? Make it so a member can only be given so much negative rep per post to keep him from being abused. Yet that way everyone on the huddle will still know he's a moron. And at a certain point they would begin losing posting privileges?

Five teams that won't return to the playoffs
OneBadCat replied to Toker Smurf's topic in Carolina Panthers
We have the fewest holes in the division with arguably the best defense in the game. Haters are going to hate. -
The expectations are different between the two. I don't think or expect Brown to be our next great WR or even a #2 for that matter. I don't think most people here do either. But there's no harm in giving him a chance to compete. Obviously Gettleman isn't settling if he's offering a contract to Greg Jennings. Brown was a UDFA who did come up big for us at times last year. He didn't put up a lot of stats but he made crucial plays. Hill is a 2nd round draft choice who has nearly fallen off the map. But hey I would like a guy with his measurables to succeed here too.
-
Maybe you shouldn't be so negative. Brown is a grinder who came up big for us last year. 4.51 isn't slow and doesn't mean he can't contribute. If every 4.3 guy was a deep threat in the NFL then every team would have a deep threat. He might forever be a limited WR. But he could be a guy that sticks around for a long time. One that could fill in to start if needed and build a safety valve report with Cam.

Mr. Richardson did flex muscles regarding Hardy

If Hardy gets suspended for 12 games he wouldn't have been worth resigning anyway. We would have lost too much money for him. -
How many time do you wear jeans before washing them?
OneBadCat replied to j2sgam's topic in Huddle Lounge
Same. I go forever without washing them unless there is an obvious stain. It's not that important to me and my jeans don't usually smell because I bath pretty regularly. -
Todd Gurley to visit with the Panthers

I love me some McCoy but the Murrary contract was still dumb. He doesn't do anything overly exceptional and you're likely to only get 2 good years out of him before you consider replacing him again. Stewart is better by the eye test in my opinion. -
NFL Source: Saints having a complete fire sale

Someone tell me what good Drew Brees is ? For all his volume stats it means nothing for all the times he's crumbled in crucial moments. He doesn't strike fear in anybody. And all of you guys know what I'm talking about. Maybe it's because we are divisional rivals with the Saints but Brees does not scare me at all. -

NFL Source: Saints having a complete fire sale
OneBadCat replied to RelaxImaPro's topic in Carolina Panthers
You mean truth you don't want to hear. Brees is not top 5 anymore and barely has been. When the going gets tough the guy has become Jake Delhomme and cost you football games. If you don't want to accept that then that's fine because the Panthers will continue to beat the poo out of your worthless team regardless. -

Lets stop crowning Brees for five seconds. When the refs don't fug us we straight up own his ass. He doesn't deserve to be a hall of famer. This guy has never been as hard to face as Brady or Manning or even Big Ben. To be completely honest Brees is an exploitable QB on a stat padding offense and I wouldn't be surprised if his overrated ass was on the trade block too. He's a whiney pussy and deserves no respect -

He literally just needs to be a little better than Byron Bell for us to have massive improvement as a team. -
Rumor: Panthers, Titans, and Eagles Contact Michael Crabtree
OneBadCat replied to rscott94's topic in Carolina Panthers
I dont trust Crabtree. He might be just good enough for us because we have KB but to me he doesn't seem like someone to rely on. But with Ginn back it could make an all around good WR core. -
It's hilarious to see some of the criticisms of KB on this forum. Bitching about his drops and doubting his ability as a #1 WR when he put up a 1000 yds as a rookie. Have we ever had a WR do that?
-
Yep. Really pisses me off to hear those idiots. Makes us all look bad.
-
I think it's a smart move for the Eagles. RB's don't last that long and you don't want to throw more money at him when you could just as easily trade him and address a need. Then fill his role with cheaper options.
-
That was fugging badass.
-
Would love to get him back. I guess it depends if GMan thinks he can draft a guy for that role or not.
-
Hope he finds a good suitor. I know he still has some juice in him. Greatest Panther RB.
