Richard Sherman may leave before the Superbowl is over

This is why when I do something selfless for my wife, I make sure her hot friends find out about it somehow. You never know. -

I won't judge him if he plays, I just know that he's going to regret it one day. -

Sherman's already played in the super bowl and won it, that makes even more of a no-brainer IMO -

He has the rest of his life to play football... that child will only be born once and he will regret it forever if he misses it. -

Miss the birth of a child? This isn't the 50s anymore...when the father lends the woman a belt to bite down on while he goes to the bar with his buddies and awaits the correct result (a boy). -

So I am encountering more and more guys at the gym that admit to being on some kind of gear. I've legit come to the conclusion that there are three alternatives: strong and chunky, lean and weak, and... gear. Is this the conclusion that everyone eventually must come to?

I'm with arsen, you've got to drink an absurd amount of water using Cre. or else headaches, constipation, etc could happen from your muscles drawing all available water to them.

good for everyone. I think the link I provided mentioned efficacy variation between genders and races. It was more effective for black people and hispanic people than white people. It was more effective for men than women. Also more beneficial for vegetarians as meat contains creatine.

everyone should take it, at least sporadically, IMO. The science behind it is pretty strong and it's about as safe as anything can be. If he has any belly fat, though, the amount of water that gets retained in his midsection could be alarming.

cycling back on creatine as we speak. Tired of working out without it. You complete me, baby. Also, if anyone wants to read a very exhaustive look at studies on creatine (or anything else for that matter) check this site out. http://examine.com/supplements/Creatine/

Every part of this post confuses me as an engineer.

I am lucky enough that my parents were able to pay for me. My wife wasn't so lucky. She had $28,000 in loans at 6.9% interest rate. We've been throwing money at it for the past 7 years and the principal barely budges. We've paid down only about 4,000 over 7 years, it's a major burden. We both work, and if you average what we make, it's about what an RN makes in Charlotte. You're talking about at least 4 times the size of the loan... I can't even imagine. Not to be a fly in the ointment, but poverty from 20 somethings due to student loans is a major problem in this country.
