I disagree a little.. Wills has a cannon but your right he is very raw... He needs to sit and learn.. My order is Corral - but I think he is fragile.. Pickett- one year wonder. Howell - Andy Dalton stepchild.. Willis - Raw very Raw but most athletic.. Strong - the least athletic but best arm.. Ridder - TO machine.. I literally wouldn't touch any of these guys until late 1st or 2nd round...

Howell missing alot of his weapons from the last few years.. But I agree he isn't a guy who can carry a imperfect team.. I wouldn't touch with a top 10 pick.. Maybe not even a 1st round pick..

Hell yes.. If Rhule is still here he has to make it work with Sam or Cam.. Don't give him another QB decision until he proves he can clean up his original QB decision.

Letting this staff pick a QB in this draft is Malpractice... They didn't take 1 in a better QB draft this year.. Everybody can see a clear issue of this team is Oline.. Until you fix that no QB will develop here.. Your either giving Rhule and co. More job security or You're forcing a QB on a new coach.. When most new coaches want their pick of QB and usually don't stick with The last regime QB choice.. Drafting a QB in this low rated down QB draft is a bad plan all around..

Jmo I would like to hire a older coach with a winning pedigree for a young team... The coach comes with coaching connections so he comes in with a rolodex of staff member he knows and trust....A scheme they can teach and have taught time after time and a set philosophy that has been proven over and over again.. For a young team having a staff that teaches and develop is more important then a inexperienced coordinator trying to figure it out as he goes..

Well maybe you hire the Superbowl coach to get things going or Atleast supplants a Culture of consistent winning .. Then maybe you go with 1 of his coordinators that He groomed for a few years and he is the guy that takes it over the top.. Right now we need a Culture starter and a guy with a proven record in the pros that produce ATeast back to back winning seasons and a actual plan and scheme to build to...

Dt's are very young and probably play better with better coaching and help from the offense.. Mlb isn't Tahir Whitehead bad could improve but not a detriment.. TE barely get the ball here.. But the TE market in FA is strong.. I'm not as disappointed in the safety play Especially knowing that your best player is only in his 2nd season and 1st playing it full time.. Like I said I think this roster with better coaching better QB decision making and more resources dedicated to Oline is good enough to be way more competitive week after week..

We could Atleast win consistently enough to be in the playoffs hunt all season... And 2 season from getting a QB to put us over the hurdle to being real contenders.. Jmo

There are other Successful HC you can steal.. Pete Carroll, Sean Payton, and others I just don't care for the unknown Coordinator route or retread with no success.. Get the coach that might be looking for a new situation because he gotten stale at his franchise.. And throw big money at him.. Or yes ride it out another year with Rhule..

I don't consider that going big.. He paid big money for a hunch or bet that he was getting the next Jimmy Johnson or big thing.. Now go and get a actual successful HC with Tons of NFL experience and that other teams want. . That's going big getting the guy other teams want with a proven track record of consistent success..

He gave a 7 year 70 million dollars deal for a College coach with little NFL experience.. He should really be able to break a bank for either of those proven coaches..

Like some say here it's not my money and Tepper is worth Billions.. If those brass balls on his desk anything.. After this incredible collapse of decision making since he has been here...
