    I’d trade in a heart beat. Lamar is an elite player, a great leader and a great human being. Tepper wanted Watson so bad, he should take the same approach and more to get Lamar.

    Yes his traits in terms of athleticism and arm talent are out of this world. That’s why this next coach and staff are soooo important. We get a good coach who can develop, Richardson will he just fine here. BUT like you said in another post, can we afford to wait for that?

    Comparisons are hard, but I think he could live up to a first round pick type level of talent.

    Richardson has improved every game, if he continues to improved he will be a great pick.

    Completely agree, Richardson in the second isn’t a bad move. Maybe we could sign a vet and let him sit behind him or compete against him. Richardson has all the tools, get him a good HC and he would be set.

    They never reported that 2nd until today and before that I didn’t like the trade, but have three 2nds this coming draft would have been huge. After the report, I agree, he should have been dealt.

    True, but it doesn’t matter what he was thinking, it happened out of bounds therefore it should not have been a penalty.
