  1. It’s not a hypothetical, it’s worse. Hypothetical is a proposition based on suppositions. If x happened, then y. this is pure revisionism and idiocy. “If we remove 19% of the data then project what’s left to 190% of the original remaining sample we get blah I’d make a snarky comment about confidence intervals but the OP (and whoever wrote the original tweet) clearly wouldn’t get it.
  2. Unreal how the Vikings lucked into KOC after harbaugh fell through or how they lucked into darnold while dodging the Kirk cousins bullet
  3. Which chart was from before the benching and which were after which were from last season are all from 2023? Are none?
  4. Love 17 game projections when you take out inconvenient data points. like he’s started 11 games. Removing 2 of them is 18% of the data. whats even the fuging point? Why not invent a reason to remove the Dallas game too?
  5. axe to grind is a weird way to say tepper is an incompetent poo head when he's not moving numbers around a spreadsheet, as evidenced by /gestures broadly nasheville was in 2022 so not sure what that has to do with teh worst deal this year giving anything at all to this buffoon automatically makes it worse. public money for stadiums is always reprehensible, but at least the bills are a functioning organization. the panthers have been the worst team in professional NA sports since that cuck bought them.
  6. You can only judge Bryce from after his benching. Talking people on tv said it so his defenders have said it to.
  7. What the hell are you talking about? This hasn’t crossed the mind of a single person that matters.
  8. Drake Maye looks so much better than Bryce it’s not worth talking about you people are insane.
  9. Jalen Milroe is going to be running routes at the combine
  10. He ran past two Bucs DBs on his 40 yard td catch I don’t know what those two guys were doing and the Bucs had a lot of people from the stands in the secondary yesterday.
  11. I think this is actually pretty interesting and worth a serious discussion. Looking at the teams Bryce has played since his benching, almost all of them are bottom third in the league in total defense. Three notable exceptions: broncos, eagles, chiefs. In Denver he had a good opening drive, broncos said “oh that was cute,” made adjustments, and then the offense vanished until the fourth quarter when the game was a laugher. eagles he got completely shut down all game until a couple of dramatic throws in the fourth. That game was really more about the defense playing out of its mind. Gonna come back to the chiefs. What he’s shown is that he doesn’t throw interceptions, and against bottom third defenses, if the panthers defense does its job he can keep it close enough so that someone else can win it, whether that be Chuba or Daniel jones. another exception here is Dallas who destroyed him, but I think that’s just Micah parsons being that good and Bryce having no idea where he was coming from because he’s not doing much of anything at the line pre snap. the chiefs game is such an outlier. I think the chiefs are massive frauds in general. I think the panthers are one of the few teams that can neutralize cris jones (who should be DPOTY or the award doesn’t mean anything), and the panthers had two weeks to prepare and threw everything they had at KC. Bryce defenders point to this game as the end all be all or whatever, but then the next logical question is what do they think about Aiden O’Connell who just lit this team up the next week? I dunno I kinda think the chiefs game was just a complete outlier where a ton of panthers had the best game of their lives against a team that probably wasn’t taking them very seriously. Just like the teddy bridgewater game in arrowhead. so yeah, based on this very cherry picked sample size, against the worst defenses in the league Bryce can limit interceptions (not fumbles) and keep it close enough for Chuba to win it in overtime. and then once a season he plays out of his mind.
  12. allen didnt even think he'd end up in the pros until his mom told him during his last season that he should start thinking about being drafted. he was just out there in wyoming hurping and durping it
  13. He literally did. His qb rating went from 71.9 in 2021 to 92.6 in 2022.
  14. Yes. that’s what “turning” means, especially with the gift of hindsight. it’s weird to actually see the term applied correctly, as opposed to the huddle currently where it means “over the last nine games if you look at these seven and extrapolate them out to a full season and do a regression analysis of every play that SHOULD have been made and include them you have a top 20 player.”
  15. that 1999 defense Jesus Christ Washington just scored again
