  1. Ickey got beat there but that was a nice play fake and a good touch pass by Darnold to Higgins who ran right by his man. Always great to capitalize on a short field.
  2. Someone came in and punched that ball late, wasn’t Chinn (who made the initial tackle), good awareness by Barno to scoop that ball up.
  3. It’s early, but guys are making open field tackles… not used to that.
  4. Not a bad opening drive. It was a breath of fresh air to see the Panthers move the ball down the field and even take a deep shot. Really like that Shi Smith’s camp is translating into game success. Ricci looking solid as well. Would like to see more from the OL.
  5. Shi Smith is making this team, kid just gets open.
  6. Good start. Nice tackle by Smith on ST’s then good plays by Luvu and Woods.
  7. I think this says a lot about Watson and the Browns first team offense (and defense). I watched the first half of that game and the Jags starters thoroughly kicked the Browns starters asses… Jags starters out scored the Browns starters 13-0 and it could have easily been 21-0.
  8. So, obviously everyone knows Mayfield is getting the start, it’ll be interesting to see if it’s truly one series or if they trot him back out there if the first series is a dud. Hubbard getting the start for McCaffrey, I’d assume he’s followed by Foreman and Brown. Ricci is getting the start at tight end with Thomas out, I assume the Panthers will start in a two tight end set and Tremble will start on the other side. Sullivan and Thompson are also out so we should see a good amount of Tremble and Ricci along with the new tight ends (Izzo and Becker). Higgins getting the start for D.J. Moore, he’ll have a chance to build off of his good camp. Obviously no Marshall or Saunders either, so Zylstra and Shi Smith should get some nice burn. Daley is out today so that might open up more snaps for Deonte Brown. Haynes is out so we might see Barno get quite a bit of action today. Bravvion Roy getting the start at DT for Derrick Brown which makes sense as Roy is more of a nose and Nixon is more of a three technique. Hoskins will probably get a good amount of time today as well. Littleton starting for Shaq Thompson and unfortunately, after Littleton, we don’t have much depth at LOLB. Stanford hasn’t proven to be more than a ST’s player at this point. Henderson and Jackson look to be the starters at CB, Horn and Taylor are out. Kalon Barnes should get some good work today with both Horn and Taylor out. This could also be the beginning of the end for Stanley Thomas-Oliver III who could soon join Troy Pride as another 2020 pick that’s no longer on the roster.
  9. I’d wager to say that he doesn’t even know the names of all 25 of the women that he assaulted.
  10. Bone bruise and meniscus tear for Wilson. Looks like all the Twitter doctors were a little premature in their evaluation.
  11. Love gets one back but more of a good adjustment by the receiver rather than a good throw.
  12. Jordan Love tanking any trade value that he had by just being mysterious… now we know that nothing has changed and he isn’t processing NFL defenses well and he doesn’t take care of the ball.
  13. Sam Womack is just torturing Jordan Love.. second pick of the night. Also been really impressed with Drake London (hopefully his injury isn’t serious). 49ers defense is looking as impressive as ever.
  14. Jordan Davis playing how I wish Derrick Brown played.
  15. Familiar name for Duke football fans (if there is such a thing)… Victor Dimukeje is having a heck of a game… 2 sacks and a tackle for a loss for the Cardinals in a few quarters of football.
  16. Ridder was up and down but he ended on a high. Decent debut for the kid. Falcons young corner, Dee Alford, also had a real nice game. And for the Lions, there own version of C.J. Saunders went off.. Tom Kennedy had 8’ receptions for 104 yards.
  17. They just said that Flacco was a starting QB in this league… they should eat those words and find out.
  18. Yeah I think Drury, Morrow, and Kochetkov are the only guys that I see being big time players for us but I also like Rizzo, Fensore, Wall (unsigned), Honka (unsigned), Seeley, Nikishin, Ponomarev, Robidas, Blake, Koivunen, Lucius, Perevalov, and Trikozov. Still a lot of good talent there and maybe some surprises.
  19. So when can we stop talking about Jordan Love like he has some sort of untapped potential.
  20. Ridder just have done all his damage before I tuned in because he looks pedestrian to me.
