Kansas is going to be an interesting matchup but I do think the Heels matchup well with Kansas. Black on Agbaji Love on Braun Davis on Harris Manek on Wilson Bacot on McCormack If Manek outplays Wilson then I think Carolina comes away with this one.

I’m not sure how much Carolina will have left on Monday. This was an emotional game for both Carolina and Duke but if anyone can get them ready to play then it’s Coach Davis. Regardless, as others have pointed out, it will be a stress free game. I’ll be able to sit back and watch and wonder how the hell we got here.

Bacot hasn’t been big on the offensive end but he’s allowed Carolina to hang tough and is single handily responsible for Duke having no post presence.

Carolina took a right hook early and got back up. The shots are starting to fall now.

As a Carolina fan I’m happy with where we are. It felt like Duke controlled the last 15 or so minutes of that half and yet they are only up by three. If Manek and Love get going then Carolina will be fine.

That was a rough one tonight but the Union are the class of the MLS so it makes sense.

Well… Bacot has nearly fouled out Theo John.

Bacot out-hustling the entire Duke roster.

Carolina is in a good place right now, only shooting 30% and yet they are only down 3. The shots should fall at some point so keep it close until they do.

That was the worst defending I’ve seen from Lindsey all year, unfortunately it came at a bad time.

Phew… that was some poo defending, now Charlotte has to chase early and I’m not sure you can do that in a 5-4-1.

Yeah this is probably about what ol’ back pain thinks about himself. If Carolina wins this then I can’t wait until next years tour.

We have the Union tonight in a little pre entertainment to UNC/Duke. While most of the table has a game or two in hand on us, a win takes us into a tie for second and a draw takes us into a tie for fifth. It’s a lovely day to get a result.

The Knicks are hanging with the Cavs right now. Should the Knicks find a way to win then we might be able to catch Cleveland. We might be at the point where we want to pull for Brooklyn and hope that Atlanta and Cleveland loses every other game. One thing to note, if Brooklyn beats Atlanta tonight then we will be in 10th momentarily as Atlanta has the tiebreaker over us due to divisional record.

This one is over. Need to win out now and at the very least win three of the next four. Anything less than that and we’ll be in 10th. At this point (outside of winning out)… our best hope is for the standings to end up as: 7th. Brooklyn 8th. Cleveland 9th. Charlotte 10th. Atlanta Brooklyn should be able to take care of Cleveland and hopefully we would beat Atlanta at home. That sets up a matchup against Cleveland which is better than a matchup against Brooklyn.

Terry has to get going, he’s left at least 8 points on the board missing open shots.

Great run there, when this team wants to lock-in and really play the passing lanes they are fun to watch. When the defense leads to offense it’s a thing of beauty.

Not going to win this game if our bench loses to their bench.
