Baseball season is underway as well. I don’t like betting on games because there’s so much parity from day to day, but I do a lot of player props.

Check the NHL line combos from daily face off, they usually keep them pretty accurate. I usually check them about 30 minutes before games.

How we feeling about the Pens/Preds tonight? I’ve got an odds boost that gets the Pens at +100. Pens are at home in a must win game. Leaning toward opting in on that one.

Canes still going for it. Assuming we win tonight the lineup for the finale will depend on if the Rangers win tomorrow.

The first three I listed are definitively top five picks in my opinion, McCain has a chance to work himself into a top 8 pick with a good combine and some good workouts.

Not with a top five pick, would have to be a trade down scenario.

Hard Rock’s lines are poo so I ended up doing a parlay on Max Strus +8.5 points (already hit) and Cavs -10. That one looks good so far.

I like the hockey bets, may take Vegas on the moneyline instead of -1.5. Also like the Cavs bet listed. Not a big golf better but getting Morikawa at +350 when he’s only one back and hasn’t gone over 71 all week is tempting me to dabble.

Kuz has not been very good. I don’t know where else to put him. I like JAG, MSF, and I really liked Noesen - Drury - Necas. That leaves a line of Svechnikov - Kuznetsov - Turbo. Svech and Turbo have had some chemistry together at times, maybe they can lift Kuznetsov’s play up.

I know a few of us dabble in sports betting, particularly hockey. If you are comfortable sharing your picks (hockey and other bets), feel free to do so. Only thing, if someone posts a a bet, you follow it, and it doesn’t hit, don’t be a dick; no one’s forcing you to go with their bets. Let’s keep it friendly because we have a good group here and let’s all try to make a few bucks together.

I definitely think Nadeau and Morrow go, they may want to get Blake one more practice but I could also see Rod throwing Blake out there because of Blake’s background. Blake spent a couple years with the Chicago Steel in the USHL so he’s likely got some friends and acquaintances in the area. Rod might just go ahead and throw him out there.

I’m in Florida and the only legal sports book is Hard Rock Bet so I don’t get a lot of promos or bonus bets because Hard Rock doesn’t really offer them since they have no competition. I’ve used offshore books but getting paid is sometimes a large task to undertake depending on the amount. Anywho, I’m always looking for picks so I wouldn’t mind a thread for specifically for those that do sports betting.
