Just browsing the box score, shout out to Cody Martin. He had a nice game. We need more of that.

It was never in doubt… but seriously, great comeback.

Ish Smith might be one the most underrated pickups in all of the NBA. 14 points (50%) and 5 assists for what he’s being paid is fantastic.

What a run, LaMelo is special.

Gelo is probably sitting in the stands thinking he can definitely play defense on this team.

That wasn’t fun… we may get to see Bouknight, Jones, etc. if this keeps up because we’re gonna get blown out.

That’s true…. not really sure what he did to deserve an extension.

Obviously this team could end up making the playoffs but JB’s seat has to be getting warm.

I was upset that we traded Graham but if Ish Smith plays like this all year then I’ll all but forget about Graham.

LaMelo makes this team watchable, I pray he doesn’t leave us.

This hasn’t been a fun start… we still don’t have a rim protector.

He seemed to be first off the bench to spell Mason in preseason and I’ve watched a few press conferences where they keep talking him up for some odd reason. I don’t think we’ll see much of him because I expect us to go small with P.J. before putting in Richards but I still think there’s a possibility he gets in the game.

100%, Bridges is looking at Jerami Grant’s and Harrison Barnes’ contracts and wondering why he can’t get paid $20M a year when the cap is only going to continue to go up.

Looks like no Rozier tonight. The starting five is: PG- LaMelo Ball SG- Gordon Hayward SF- Kelly Oubre PF- Miles Bridges C- Mason Plumlee I’d expect Ish Smith, Cody Martin, Jalen McDaniels, P.J. Washington, and possibly Nick Richards to get some run tonight. I assume James Bouknight will get a little run as well. I’m not expecting to see Vernon Carey, Kai Jones, or JT Thor and obviously Scottie Lewis and Arnoldas Kulboka are two-way players.

Las year Bridges was like four made free throws away from becoming the 11th player in NBA history to record a 40-50-90 season, pay the man and realize that these types of contracts represent the new NBA.

The big thing here as that there are really no free agents for them to sign. It was big last year for them because it allowed them to keep Gourde, Goodrow, Coleman, and Johnson, all of who are gone now. If Kucherov is out for a lengthy period of time then the Lightning could really struggle.

Thank God for this hockey team because the Panthers have taken the joy out of football for me.

Good win, off until Thursday so I guess I’ll subject myself to Hornets basketball on Wednesday.
