  1. LINE-UP Bunting - Teravainen - Necas Noesen - Kotkaniemi - Jarvis Martinook - Staal - Fast Lemieux - Drury - Burke Slavin - Burns Skjei - Chatfield Orlov - DeAngelo Kochetkov Raanta Injured: Aho, Svechnikov, Pesce, Andersen
  2. Welp… Now we know why Burke is here. Pesce is out so we’ll be going 12 and 6. Kochetkov is in net.
  3. I saw that lol. Tolkin with the penalty in the 94th minute.
  4. Wow… Kahlina wasn’t going to let Lattanzio and the guys in front of him blow another game. He single handily gets Charlotte the win. And with the win… CHARLOTTE FC IS IN THE PLAYOFFS!!!
  5. I’d like to see Nesbitt more involved for the Heels. He’s the most physically gifted TE on Carolina’s roster. I wouldn’t mind reuniting him with John Lilly should he still be with the Panthers when Nesbitt comes out.
  6. Washington State has bounced back nicely after getting whooped by Arizona last week.
  7. Cam Ward is throwing some incredible balls today.
  8. Team had a decent defense not too long ago now they want to tear it down to try and build up their shitty offense. We wouldn’t have to do this if we could draft worth a damn.
  9. A Penn State loss, a Oregon loss, and a UNC win would make for a nice day. I’d take an FSU loss as well.
  10. I’d definitely go with Kochetkov. Colorado is damn good so I’d go with the guy that could steal a game if he’s locked in and that’s Kochetkov.
  11. No Andersen so it’ll be PK or Raanta, Aho is doubtful. Will Callahan Burke make his Canes debut? We’ll see.
  12. I should have done the same lol. I wallowed in self pity, should have drowned myself in alcohol lol.
  13. Last year, Slavin missed some time and Chatfield played next to Burns.
  14. I’d agree if Pesce hadn’t already proven that he’s better with Slavin. If anything Pesce’s play has declined since he left Slavin’s side. 2018 was Pesce’s best year of his career, his partner was Slavin. Skjei’s play has taken off but it’s been because he’s playing with a stay at home defensemen, which Chatfield also is. Playing Orlov with Pesce would give Orlov a guy to rely on in the same way that Burns relied on Slavin when he got to Carolina. Playing Skjei with Chatfield would still allow Brady to really focus on his offensive side but he’d also have Chatfield who is good defensively. Let’s also not forget that the Skjei and Pesce combination wasn’t always elite. In 2021 it was average at best. The only reason it’s taken off is because Skjei is scoring a ton of goals, something he can still do beside Chatfield.
  15. I know the combination of Skjei and Pesce have been great but both are good enough to where they don’t really need to be together. Give me: Slavin - Burns Orlov - Pesce Skjei - Chatfield DeAngelo
  16. Either another injury or Rod doesn’t want to go 11-7 anymore. Or Rod is just being a class act and giving the kid a game while we are in Colorado. I believe he did something similar for Lajoie when we were in Chicago last year.
  17. Callahan Burke has been recalled from the Colorado Eagles of the AHL. Burke was acquired from the Avs in exchange for Caleb Jones. Burke was recalled on an emergency basis and I imagine he wouldn’t have been recalled if one of Ponomarev or Suzuki were healthy. Burke has 1 assist in 2 games for the Eagles this year.
  18. Literally the one place. Only one Kraken player outside of the shooter in the offensive zone and Raanta put it on a platter for him.
  19. If Slavin keeps the offensive numbers up then he’ll be a Norris candidate this year. Also good to see Ol’ Jesper cookin up the shine this late at night.
  20. Line-Up Bunting - Teravainen - Necas Noesen - Kotkaniemi - Jarvis Martinook - Staal - Fast Lemieux - Drury Slavin - Burns Skjei - Pesce Orlov - Chatfield DeAngelo Raanta Kochetkov Injured - Aho, Svechnikov, Andersen
  21. Going 11 and 7 again. Andersen and Aho are both out. Raanta’s net and Kochetkov is the backup.
