I’m going to say it, Nino is the biggest loss that we experienced this offseason. There would have been no way to fit him in with Patches but I don’t necessarily think Stastny is cut out for that line. Historically, he’s much better at center.

Need the Stastny, Staal, and Fast line to provide a little something… Staal and Fast have no points and Stastny’s only point game during a partial line change.

It would be foolish to trade McCaffrey for anything less than a first… this team is already on track for the first overall pick… McCaffrey would be a rookie QB’s wet dream. Our second round picks aren’t exactly blowing it up… trading him for a second is the equivalent of giving him away with our second round draft history.
