  1. I mean as a trade package for Houston. Houston would want Pitts which would leave Atlanta with absolutely nothing on offense.
  2. Wonder what the Saints and Browns are offering. Only thing Atl. might be able to offer is a wider variety on tuggies.
  3. I’m at the point that I won’t even believe it if RapSheet reports it, I need it to come from Snopes.
  4. Good value there, it would be great if they could also bring Abdullah back and ship Hubbard off somewhere. Bringing his old friend from Houston would be icing on the cake.
  5. He was solid last year and PFF loved him. It’ll be interesting to see what he does with an increased roll.
  6. Honestly I’m not totally against it. He’s a UFA at the end of the year so he’s easy to cut ties with. The only downside is that he’s probably just good enough to keep us from getting one of the top QB’s in next years draft.
  7. And Houston can choose to keep him. His contract isn’t up until 2026, Houston can make him pretty miserable if they don’t get what they want.
  8. I would not be surprised if Mayfield ended up here if Watson went to the Browns. They’ll give Mayfield away just to get him off the roster.
  9. I’m honestly surprised Houston is going to let him pick. If Carolina has the best offer by far they should just tell him you are going to Carolina or you are staying in Houston.
  10. Has Watson seen Atlanta’s receivers… this obviously isn’t about being a contender if he wants to go to Atlanta…. It’s about whichever city he can get his jollies off in… New Orleans and Atlanta probably do it for him a little more.
  11. How exactly would the Saints afford Watson and Armstead? They’d need to restructure most of the contracts on the roster and then not to mention they’ll have no first round picks for three years. Hard to see how they could continue to build a roster following this year.
  12. That’s sad. Dude looks like Tarzan and plays like Jane.
  13. If we are giving up Chinn then it needs to be Brown heeded out not Burns. Chinn and Burns along with three first rounders is the equivalent of five first rounders.
  14. What exactly can Cleveland offer that would be attractive to Houston? Pick 13 is obviously not as valuable as pick 6 and the thought is that if Watson goes to Cleveland that they will become a contender thus negating the value of any future first round pick. Not to mention, they’d have to include Mayfield and there’s no shot Houston would want him. If they aren’t offering Denzel Ward or Greedy Williams in any deal along with multiple picks and prospects then Cleveland isn’t taking that deal. They’ll want even more from Cleveland since they are in the AFC.
  15. I really don’t like Chinn in coverage and as a SS he’s still responsible for the running back and occasionally wide outs depending on the formation. With his speed and nose for the football he could be an elite WLB if he put on 10 lbs. I think Chinn at 6’3” - 230 lbs. would be a menace at WLB.
  16. That’s interesting, I wonder what the plan is for LG once we trade away all of our picks… leave Christensen on an island by himself? Corbett - Moton is a good tandem on the right though.
  17. Excellent run blocker, needs to develop better in pass coverage but with a mobile QB (assuming we sell the farm for Watson) he doesn’t have to be perfect.
