    No. Full stop. Period. You need svech on one in case they goon out on Aho or Guenz. In case you didn’t notice they tried. That would be an in game switch for a third period if absolutely necessary not a whole game type of thing.

    We hit like 4-6 posts and whiffed on 3 grade A’s. I’m not worried. Oz time is important because it means we are dictating the game style, not the rags.

    I’m not seeing why people are down on our 5v5. We owned them for most of the game 5v5. See offensive zone time disparity. If Svech didn’t get called for a phantom trip at the end we probably would have taken the game to overtime.

    I mean it’s pretty simple. We lost special teams, we beat them 5v5 but we lost the goalie duel.

    Everyone. Just take a chill pill. It’s Cinco De Mayo. We didn’t get blown out or lose a close game(0-0 3rd overtime). We showed we have fight and beat them on 5v5 easily. Which shakes them more than us not being good on PK. Because everyone knows when we are slow we have bad faceoff goals on the PK.

    That was my biggest concern as well and I was proven wrong. If I was the rags I’d be scared as fug right now.

    Final score was 4-3… so… if we lost 4-3 and we went 0-5 on the power play… who lost 5v5 again?

    The only thing I wanted when we were out of the game was for the rags to get one more PP to prove to our guys they still got it. Didn’t happen. Dude Staal is gonna beast this series. He was fire tonight. He probably had more real hits than the rest of our team combined.

    Pyotr is ready. Freddie is fine. Freddie does not have the mental capacity for 6 games in a row right now and Rod needs to understand that. Let Pyotr have a game and Freddie will pitch a Freddie shutout(one goal) the next game.

    Just go take a chill pill or direct your pissed off in the right direction. Most of us saw the canes played the better game besides some early game fug ups and Freddie being mentally not there. We controlled the game when it mattered(well besides the refs), this is just getting started. I suspect a pissed off canes team on Tuesday, rags best beware.
