  1. Agree partially. I mixed up the final result with one of the other games, but not the details. Our offense was ineffective, but so was theirs until a late turnover. And Jackson was nothing special that day. That part I remember We didn't beat Burrow though. The Bengals doubled us up.
  2. Would you have asked them to sacrifice their interests for the sake of the franchise? Think the franchise would have reciprocated?
  3. Wilks was coaching for a job. The players were playing to help him. You can't ask guys to act against their own best interests.
  4. Between the salary he wants (and wants guaranteed) plus having to give up picks for him, can't get on board with that.
  5. Yet still lost to us last year. And heck, we've beaten MVPs before.
  6. Thought it was the other way around. But yeah, Duce Staley.
  7. Possibly. Reich raved about Bryce Young in his presser, but of course you've got the size concerns.
  8. Don't know other than probably not Anthony Richardson given what Joe Person said. They're said to like Will Levis a lot.
  9. Funny thing I noticed looking at trade up scenarios: We have front office connections with almost all of the top six teams in the draft right now. At #1, Bears Co-Director of Player Personnel Jeff King not only played tight end here under John Fox but was also a teammate of new VP of Player Personnel Adrian Wilson in Arizona. Speaking of Wilson, he's obviously well connected to the Cardinals who sit at #3. Some calls could certainly be made there. At #4 is the Colts, who despite his departure are said to still have a good relationship with Head Coach Frank Reich. Coming in at #6 you have the Rams, from whom we just obtained our new OC and DB Coach as well as our DC (thru Denver). And of course, there's the Seahawks at #5 who have a close connection to both our GM and our Assistant GM. The question, of course, becomes which connection we'll call on... ...but hey, at least we have options
