I always hate trying to rank players at any position (especially quarterback) 1 to 32. The lists that put them in tiers make way more sense.

Pineiro isn't a bad kicker, but I also don't think he's a long-term answer. I've been hoping for quite a while that we'd luck into one of those late round kickers that can hold down that spot for the next ten years or so.
