  1. These can't be accurate. I was assured by Huddle experts that Ekwonu singlehandedly lost us the game.
  2. I am amazed that you extended a HC and a QB who very clearly cannot get along. So, as opposed to making a choice about who to keep, you just opted to continue this thing that doesn't work. That's pretty special.
  3. Depends on the person, the turnaround time is usually more quick now but it is still depends on Kyler(healing ability/rate, rehab, confidence after injury, etc).
  4. I guess you haven't seen the QB and RB Fatheads with hooks through them they have been putting in his boat.
  5. He has to figure out what he wants. I will say that if he jumps into coaching with us, it will be am extremely clear indicator that he left because of Matt Rhule.
  6. Hackett is very clearly the worst HC in the NFL. There really isn't a #2 that is close. The guy had to hire help within the first few weeks of the season to help with TO's and clock management. The he had to give up playcalling part of the way through the season, as well. It is painfully obvious he is not at all prepared to be an NFL head coach. Kingsbury and McDaniels may just generally suck but Hackett actually has no business being a HC at all. He is making that very clear.
  7. He was not universally loved as he tended to be rather abrasive but he was a very talented head coach and offensive scheme guy.
  8. If Wilks can get Luke on staff, Wilks is my dude. As nuts as Luke was as a player, his OCD level film prep will be excellent as a HC.
  9. I would probably just stay at the G5 level if WF is my option. I don't think that does much to move the needle.
  10. Yeah, I don't have strong feelings either way. We aren't winning a Super Bowl, so I am just seeing what is up with each game. If we win.... If we lose....
  11. He might get P5 calls. I would probably go P5 if I was him but on a guaranteed starting deal with a good offense for him.
  12. I think that is just a part of it. They finally have much more freedom to transfer around. It's better for the players and the NFL teams for sure. It sucks for the colleges but really, fug all them. They had roughly 100 years of taking advantage of a fixed system. I will shed not a single tear for college football teams nor their fans.
  13. I somewhat disagree. If you have played in the NFL, that will give you the necessary experience to see how to prepare properly and how to deal with NFL professionals. The rest is just coaching. You need to figure out how to be a good coach in general, regardless of level. I think Kingsbury jumped too many levels to being a head coach(in college, much less to the NFL). He needs a long stint as an OC in the NFL and then maybe he might be worth trying at HC again.
  14. I know we like to have some fun with hyperbole but McCall is not even close to the same QB Levis is. Levis is a first round draft pick. No matter where McCall goes, he won't be.
  15. Okay, I had to go to bed before the end of the game. Which Colt McCoy led his team to victory?
  16. Kingsbury was in the NFL for 5 seasons as a player. That's actually NFL experience. Way more than Matt Rhule and Urban Meyer combined.
  17. People who didn't experience it just don't know. It was an amazing time.
