Well Reich had a pretty big problem identifying QB talent. It was a pretty Rhule-esque QB carousel that ushered him out. I would probably rather watch more Fox/Rivera ball than that. We will see what happens.

Well I also don't see Reich putting up drastically different results. IMO, if I am given the choices of Reich or Wilks, I don’t have any real strong opinions on those guys. Now if the wheels fall off the rest of the season, I might change that opinion.

TBD but I would agree Reich is probably a little better option to "right the ship." He is also not really going to be capable of elevating the team much above respectable, so the cons aren't gonna be that drastically different than Wilks.

The more I think about it, if Wilks rallies the troops the rest of the way(which he sort of has already), maybe we just stick with him on a short term deal. At least we might be able to restore some credibility to the organization and make it a more attractive option if we have to move on from him. Plus....I am pretty concerned about Tepper's next hire. I sincerely hope he has some good FOOTBALL knowledgeable people around him for that decision.

Yeah, if I was involved I would want to learn everything possible. Even before I started out, I would probably immerse myself in every shred of information and human resource possible.

Current version me would not meddle. I could see myself trusting the wrong person to run it. I could not see myself falling for Matt Rhule. That I can assure you. Seen too many of that type before. I know what that is.

I would like to think I wouldn't because I have a pretty solid handle on my limitations and I have managed people before. I know how bad micromanagement can screw things up.
