    At least the starters had a FG drive and Bryce looked solid if unspectacular (basically, like a good rookie quarterback playing with an impotent offense and a LT who's Thanos against power rushers and a wet paper bag against speed rushers)

    I'd love to say Spencer Brown and/or Raheem Blackshear are something special, but they're literally a dime a dozen. I'm not too bullish on the RB lineup and think it, like the OL, was largely taken for granted (i.e. "we replaced Fournette with Sanders, we good now"). For everything Fitterer says about being "in on every deal," there's a lot of evidence that speaks to the contrary.

    I think the front office is gun-shy about signing marquee FAs with question marks, considering who they’ve struck out on after signing. That said, I would support this but it’s never happening

    I still can’t get over how Sam Franklin passed up a pick-6 just so he could jump over a QB and get tackled. Don’t remember anyone ever doing that before, running toward a defender instead of just scoring when no one is around you
