This. Also, a good Head Coach should give you a strategic advantage. Thats what all the currently successful coaches have in common...they offer X's and O's advantages versus just being a "leader of men" type. While I respect Wilks and what he did here this season, I think Reich BY FAR offers the more strategic improvement. At this point with this team that is what we need versus just a leader type.
