Obviously if Sewell is not there you want to trade down, but you need a partner with good enough compensation to do that, easier said than done. Horn fits the grade at 8 so I imagine they feel comfortable enough to take him there if they have to.

My guy is convinced Miami wants a weapon, but it could be a smokescreen for Sewell. Making this kind of move certainly signals it could be Sewell.

I've said for a while if Detroit stays at 7 that Sewell is their preferred guy, just hoping I am wrong ._.

I think ideally they want to trade back and go get Horn/Surtain, but if Sewell is there at 8 they will just take him. Don't overthink it.
