We have improved our player personnel but have we improved our coaching staff... can't help but remember all the terrible mistakes that were made by our coach... hopefully he will improve along with the team.

Not sure I agree with keeping Edwards over Gettis... AE hasn't really showed me anything that would make me think he has "made it".
