It just feels like this coaching staff and collection of players have way more cohesiveness and knowledge than we have maybe ever seen here. Things will certainly not go perfect this season but the needle is headed north. No more “it is what it is” and more we will make it what it is.

PJ is a really nice player IMO. No way I over pay for his services but he is still young and has a really nice game. I hope we keep him at the right price

Yeah, but moving the topic I am ready for Rapinoe to retire from this team. Her final World Cup was a disaster and the manager was way to confident in her at the end. There were options on the bench that made much better sense if not just leaving Morgan in there. On paper the US had plenty of talent up front but the mids never really connected with them. Rodman and Smith need to work on passing and team cohesion because there is a ton of maturing needed there IMO

No they didn’t 42 to 58 isn’t dominant possession. Sweden had 9 shots on goal but they clearly came out with a defensive mindset which worked like a charm

Everyone could see this coming and they were clear underdogs vs Sweden with the way they were playing. Young team in a transition period and the rest of the world has gotten way better than in the past. It’s going to take some time but the old dominance could be over for the US.

I know this is a larger discussion but Hulu Live TV bundle at 69$ is now the best TV replacement option. Youtube TV is 72$ and has no real advantages anymore. If you like Disney+ for whatever reason the large amount of 4k content is a serious selling point IMO. ESPN+ is just icing

I don’t get this post but seriously Bouknight is under sized, doesn’t work, plays no defense and turns the ball over constantly. He lacks basketball smarts and doesn’t understand the importance of the game in the moment or involve his teammates nearly enough. Just releasing him is the best option. He is not interested or good.

Leaky Black is incredibly frustrating, even back to UNC. A turnover machine on offense that can’t shoot. He was a good defender no doubt but he is such a detriment on the offensive end he basically is unplayable

McGowens is an NBA contributor. I forgot all about him but he is 20 yrs young and has size and a nice shot. Do like him. This team has some young talent..Nick Smith will adjust and contribute eventually. It looks bad now but we need better coaches. Badly
