He is a player that needs a learning curve. He needed it at South Carolina and he needs it here. But once it clicks for him, his ceiling is really high.

Bryce and the offense looked much improved. They look like an actual NFL team today. Yes it’s against backups but it was evident they were going to move the ball. Only thing I didn’t like was Bryce taking a hit on that one scramble. He should’ve thrown that deep but I would like to see the replay. I am also super excited about the use of tight ends in the passing game. JT Sanders will be a beast Not worried about the defense, our secondary was practically missing

Just give him support and let him have the season to prove he can be the guy. Otherwise we move on. This whole bashing is problematic. Many of you made up your minds a long time ago. You can’t use his horrible rookie season as baseline and consider a 2 TD increase to be a reasonable improvement. Going from 11 to 13 TDs is not a jump. He better hit 18-20 or it’s a miserable fail.

Plummet should be cut immediately, Luton deserves a second look

Surely Matt Corral would be a better third string option
