They suddenly can't beat Michigan though. This year's loss was quite the upset.

Good D there Texas

That ball looked like it was merely hovering in air for a split second.

Ewers most effective play so far tonight.

It may certainly be recency bias, but it feels like there have been a few really hyped up te players each year that are can't miss guys, and then they just kind of miss. Of course, even a miss would probably be better than Ian Thomas.

This drive might be a turning point in the game for them. ND can get back into with points before half and they receive the 2nd half kick, but it's do or die time.

Morris was coach of the Bucs post-Gruden. I think he had 3 years there and produced an underwhelming team with rumored discipline problems across the roster. He isn't going to work out there either, but that's fine. They can hold on to him forever. Some people are just not cut out for the job of being the head honcho and the tone setter.

The part that is a little bothersome about this reasoning is that these terrible and inadequate players didn't sign themselves to deals. So at some point, someone in charge of something, thought they would be good enough.

Ending the season with a win Pie

Ending the season with a win over the Shitbirds too. -
Do you think we have a top 10 QB now?
UnluckyforSome replied to musicman's topic in Carolina Panthers
No. I will give him the credit deserved for going on the road and winning a game, in OT, against a rival with their season on the line. Does he bring it next season or not? Do we see disaster next September again? It's just a wait and see, but yeah, he won it today. The defense could not stop anyone. -
Officially The Worst Defense in NFL History

Good. I saw the empty red seats, and that team was playing for their playoff lives. Send it to Canada like their NHL team. -

I can't really call him Bust Young anymore after this game. -
What year of the grand rebuild will next season be anyway? I know, I know. I am being unrealistic and impatient. Some of our young players still need more time. Lots more time.

some rando's opinion... Evero *will be* first to be fired

Can we pretend sort of kind of like in a certain kind of way it's really more like his rookie year? We do that with players every so often. Maybe next season he will be good? -
A look back at preseason predictions

But he talks funny! -
Very likely. I mean he is back on the West Coast. He went to a team that had some pieces in place but had underachieved. On the other hand, it's all just speculation since he was never really considered here, or offered the job, as far as we know.

Maybe Harbaugh. I think the drive to get back into the NFL was probably fairly strong. Also the challenge presented here would satisfy that competitive edge on him. I would be in agreement about Peyton. I would be a little surprised if we have a well-known DC. It will take someone looking for a particular challenge, or someone looking for their big break.

I know! I'm already looking forward to next season with the high hopes that he can hit the double digit win mark. Total. For his career as a Panther.
-
But it dovetails so well with the hollering about Bust Young needs an ideal team of "weapons" surrounding him to be effective.
-
Put our current left tackle that is unable to pass block on the right side, and make another attempt to get a left tackle, but maybe one that has some ability to pass block.

Who here was NOT HAPPY we won yesterday....
UnluckyforSome replied to TheBigKat's topic in Carolina Panthers
I don't think we would take qb unless we were at the top of the draft. I think the trade up still stings a bit, so even being near the top would eliminate that possibility. The win is pointless, meaningless, feel good nothingness, but it is not as if we have any control over those things, or who this cursed franchise takes in the draft, and how much of a disappointment that player will eventually become.
