If they can play the game, what goes on in their heads shouldn't matter. The problem is that you also want to draft someone who has basic brains. You know, to help with their finances or outside issues. You can say, oh the team will help them with that. But as we've seen in the past, once a player retires, that help is gone and they crash and burn. So I can see value in wanting someone who has smarts ouside Xs and Os. But this is a sport, and all that matters is if they can play. We just can't complain if the team isn't there for them after they walk away. We're not their parents.

It's because the helmet and pants were two different colors of silver. Not that they could match the glitter helmet. But it was just too much. If you want to have the glitter helmet be the accent, cool. Then have all white, all black, and all blue for the uniforms. Simple.

This is the most excited I've been for a Panthers season in a long, long, long time.

We need a new logo IMO. I get the whole "it's shaped like the Carolinas" thing ... but it's not intimidating, and barely aesthetically pleasing. My OCD likes the all whites, but I'm fine if they got rid of them. The whole "can't wear black in summer" BS is so dumb. These are men. They can handle it.
