Thats cause we have a GM that's more worried about his job over the next 1-2 seasons than he is about building a winner. -
Packers tried to trade for DJ Moore...
PNW_PantherMan replied to Mr. Scot's topic in Carolina Panthers
Before the contract, I would have been ok with a trade. Assuming the compensation was enough. Now that we've traded CMC and Robby and DJ is extended, I really don't see the point. We need somebody on offense for a QB to throw to. -
Georgia is just too much.

The most impressive win record wise is probably the Vikings, but I'm not sold on the Vikings.

It was fun while it lasted

I really liked Hurts coming out of college. I figured he'd go in the 4th or 5th round and wanted us to take a shot at him. He has great intangibles.
-
Yea he really needs to settle down and learn how to throw the ball out of bounds.

The Eagles pass rush is starting to smell blood in the water with Mills. They can taste the fear.
-
Well that was a quick turnaround. How was AJ Brown that open?
-
That Pierce guy on Houston is a stud RB.
-
Dang I should have bet on this game. I had a feeling Houston might pull off an upset.
-
Do the Texans even go QB in the draft if Mills continues to improve?
-
Everyone is stealing our alternate helmet thunder before we wear them.
-
Would be funny to see the Texans be the first team to beat the Eagles.
-
And if some of those picks are used in trades to move up and get certain guys, that kind of blows up your assessment of the value of the return. We get it. You think draft picks are dumb.

Its like we fleeced ourselves.

Why I feel Wilks needs another season to win his job.
PNW_PantherMan replied to Snake's topic in Carolina Panthers
I feel the same way, and my biggest fear is ousting Wilks to hire some coach like McDaniels that puts us right back in the gutter. We would all like some genius offensive coach to come in and win Super Bowls, but the chances of that happening are pretty slim. Especially if Tepper is the one making that hiring decision. If Wilks shows he can coach, I lean towards giving him a shot. -
Would it be a conflict of interest? Probably. Would that stop him? I doubt it.

The bandwagon for Grayson McCall
PNW_PantherMan replied to Chris Smitty's topic in Carolina Panthers
Yea there's only so much you can do if you have a smaller frame. It just depends on the individual.
