No dog in this fight but Chapel hill fuging sucks dick now. The cool ambiance of franklin st has been pulverized and is totally corporate. The parking and traffic is out of control as is the real estate costs. In the late 80s and 90's CH was a great small college town. Then I think RTP just basically took over with people moving in. I just literally spent 2 weeks between CH and durham for work and CH is not even the same place. Its crazy. FWIW I stayed at the Hampton beside the Cats cradle. Durham has really changed as well for the better. Seems like lots of money pouring into it and is becoming more a city then what I was used to.

That’s funny

No top end talent but a ton of mid range players.
-
For sure but the lions seem to be smart and building their roster instead of targeting one of these jerk offs.

None of these are worthy of a first round pick especially at 2.

https://theathletic.com/podcast/211-the-athletic-football-show/?episode=364 This dude loves Ridder. Acknowledges that even at the very best he is just a slightly above average nfl starter. He eviscerates Howell and Willis. goes into a lot of detail about hey they shouldnt be 1rst round prospects. He is meh on Pickett as well Great listen -

I think Paradis turns it around this year -
I 100% thinks he does. He knows he is faster then everyone on the field. Watching his highlights you can easily tell he just jets at the first opportunity.

I meant to say “wouldn’t” be intentional darnold and rhule are both respectively really bad at their jobs
-
It means in 3 games he ran about 50 yards each time. IMO that doesnt make him a running qb. Just a mobile one that knows how to navigate the pocket and get first downs when needed
-
Thats a bingo. Except it would be an intentional tank it would be the rhule and darnold norm
-
If thats true about being a run first offense then this staff is dumber then even I thought. With the rules today heavily favoring the qb's, and with the overall influx of wr talent coming in, this league is a high octane passing league. I get that Darnold isnt the qb for that but they need to be building this team towards that instead of this quick fix poo they have been trying for. As for Corral my thoughts are pretty clear, he is a nightmare waiting to happen for numerous reasons. If we get Icky/Neal/Cross at 6 I would consider this draft a success no matter what happens from there.

Icky and Cross crave violence. Their highlights are fun to watch. that said I still would sacrifice a small goat for a talent like Neal

unbelievably well said

I think whats just as important is that Allen had incredible coaching and a clear plan from the franchise about how to develop him. I remember reading an article after he was drafted and the staff/front office was saying they had everything laid out for years about how to best bring him up to speed and how to use him. Essentially you only get one shot to mold a qb. Now with that said, you think this staff, this front office has a plan in place for someone like Willis? Hell fug no they dont
