  1. Your sickeningly sick. Like the sickest. Idk how someone could be so sick to not understand that CMC is one of those guys that scores TDs in championships. To win ball games. Sometimes he does it beyond 3 yards from the LOS and sometimes he does it behind. He's a WR, a RB, and a threat to any part of the field. Every team needs that player on their team. It's just sick to underestimate the value of that. Almost makes me wanna throw up. DeShaun and CMC are mutually exclusive... ...which would you rather have?
  2. Don’t kick the man when he’s down . Hurney brought good talent Certainly not my intent to kick the Hurndog. In fact, I don't think anyone can really say how good of a GM the Hurndog may or may-not be because he's never really had the job in its true sense... ...Richardson was always pulling strings and dictating bad signings/contracts, etc... ...under Tepper he wasn't the "GM" from the get-go. The Redskins job will be his first chance at functioning as a traditional NFL GM.
  3. Lol. What is Brady supposed to say after Marty signs Teddy? 1) fug I really wish he didn't do that, Teddy blows. Or 2) Excited to have Teddy, he fits the system. Come on, man.... LOL...never happened.
  4. They did see it, and as a group they (all 3) agreed to making the move. David Tepper would never cede that level of control to anyone, and especially not The Hurndog.
  5. The only person at 800 S. Mint St. with "complete control"... ...is Mr. David Alan Tepper.
  6. Hurndog's vmail at the Panthers office is still active... ...if any of you want to call and wish him well hit me up and I'll get the number to you. I believe Tepper & Co. will run circles around the Redskins over next 5-10 years but if they don't....oh my!
  7. Only if the specifics of the signed contract allow them to do so. I get it that a lot of folks think the NFL has the upper hand on the players in terms of contractual specifics but it doesn't change the fact that every contract signed by a player is a legally binding document for both sides. I keep seeing a lot of "he doesn't have to play" comments as it goes to DeShaun... ...every NFL player retains that right at all times --- but exercising that right simultaneously stops all compensation and a litany of other associated benefits. It is not something to be taken lightly...
  8. "beat"... ...is certainly apropos to describe those particular "writers".
  9. What are the odds the Redskins win more games than the Panthers over the next 5 seasons?
  10. Agreed. I hope they play hardball with him. Signed contracts codify a moral and legal obligation... ...man up.
  11. Gotcha. Can't say I've heard of it. Can't say you're from Charlotte either if you've never heard of Price's... As for DeShaun... ...CMC + xxx?
  12. And whom may this hell be paid by? Norfleet says Roger Goodell and the NFL. I don't know if Norfleet is a permanent addition to the Kyle Bailey show but if so he only makes it worse. Charlotte area sports media are mindblowingly weak and Norfleet only lowers the water level further...
  13. Yesterday during the Kyle Bailey Show on WFNZ... ...Stan Norfleet said that there's a lot of chatter on "black twitter" (not sure what that is) that if Joe Brady gets a head coaching job before Eric Bieniemy there will be hell to pay for Roger Goodell and the NFL.
  14. I'm perplexed at how the relative importance and urgency for immediate change is so different between the key scoring positions in the NFL/on the Panthers. 49 of the top-50 scorers in NFL history are kickers...and annually kickers make up pretty much 100% of the top-20 scorers, and ~85% of the top-30 scorers... ...Slye sucks yet "he's good enough for now" seems to rule the day with with him --- but Teddy has to go RIGHT NOW!! If scoring points is a concern (they do determine who wins and loses after all) seems as though both should be viewed through the same lens.
