  1. omg lol everything about this is terrible rolling out of pocket, throwing across your body, terrible wind up, jump pass I just can't figure out why it was intercepted
  2. Finally got serious about lifting in January after about 1.5 years off (and had only lifted for one year prior) and have been making pretty good progress with 5-3-1 This week got 275 on deadlift twice easily, so I said fug it and tried to go for 315 once ----I failed and was super pissed. my form is good, but i was crouching into my stance for a few seconds before trying to pull - whereas I've seen you should sort of bounce down into your stance and go immediately. one day those three plates will be mine I also ended my leg day with 5 plates on leg press so I was pretty happy about that (have serious chicken legs and was pretty beat by that point) For reference, or for anyone that is just starting, when I started lifting I was very weak: couldn't bench 125, couldn't deadlift past 135 without my back seriously tightening up, couldn't squat poo, and couldn't overhead press 95. While I haven't maxed on anything (besides trying to on deadlift the other day) my approx maxes are 190 on bench, 225 squat, 300 deadlift, and 115 overhead press I'm 6'1" and weigh 165, trying to put on weight slowly.
  3. Wilson benefits from the Seahawks massive amount of talent, but he has single handedly won them some big games in the past with some crazy lucky plays........culminated by a terrible decision and getting picked on the one yard line can't say their GM is wrong, but it wouldn't surprise me if they became very beatable without him
  4. That's interesting. I can definitely see Gettleman justifying the pick with BPA at 25, Gurley is a monster if healthy.
  5. Wisconsin running backs should scare you but why SOJA? Wisconsin always has monster o-lines and the Big 10 is top heavy
  6. Love the effort but I would be pretty disappointed if this is how the draft went
  7. remember last season when the Saints won the Superbowl
  8. He doesn't really fit the mold of getting faster, but he'd be a great mentor for Norman and Bene
  9. pretty mad That trade certainly destroyed their chances of a Superbowl, they got beat by a deeper 9ers team and once they started aging they had no quality depth. Don't get me wrong Julio is an awesome WR, but even for that it STILL wasn't worth it. Now imagine if Cooper is a bust or not even 75% as good as Julio (very real possibility)
  10. I'm not saying we won't trade up, but this smells like pure speculation
  11. People fixate on 40 times because: the average NFL fan is somewhere around the intelligence of the average American. Now HALF of those fans are dumber than that. 40 times are on par with the 2nd grade reading level. They're universally easy to understand. Player X can get down the field faster than Player Y. They don't think about the hundreds of other variables that factor into success in the NFL, because that isn't as easy.
  12. J jones posted a vine to his Twitter of Dorsett running an in and out route in the end zone, going after the ball with his hands, and seemingly getting two feet down. It looked pretty but then again "game isn't played in ya undawear"
  13. not until round 3, too many blue chippers available at other positions in rounds 1 and 2- and you can find serviceable backs in later rounds
  14. look into 5-3-1 it's a good program for beginner's and gains I'm not sure if I would do the above workout because I like devoting days to certain areas: i.e. Chest and Tris, Back and Bi's, Legs, Shoulders and everything else
  15. source on this bad boy unless that is on the insider forum
  16. I don't know much about the DT from Clemson, not against the pick for a DT but not sure how good he will be
  17. Is Jaelen Collins a super saiyan fusion of Jaelen Strong and La'el Collins, consider me interested.
  18. I'd say 35%. Hear me out: If the filling of your pie is terrible, not even the most miraculous crust is going to save that pie. Thus the filling has to be more than 50%. However, the delivery system, the buttery savory flavor, and the integrity all go to the crust. That's more than a quarter's worth of importance.
  19. TD is my next jersey so hopefully this contract seals him up to retire a Panther
  20. I'd obviously take Okafor if he was there when we were picking, but I'm not sold he is a super star-might just be nice player
  21. love it, getting a 5th and a 6th for three guys there was no way we could re-sign? count me in
  22. first round safeties scare me.....alabama defensive backs really scare me
  23. i'm not getting excited until ink hits paper *looks down at pants* sigh
