  1. If the S comes like that you have to make that read!
  2. We might kick a FG with 30 sec. left and try an onside kick!
  3. Just poor football. Play 1- OL gives time on PA--No receiver wins/Gets open Play 2- Receiver drops pass Play 3- OL is beat- Darnold is spooked--Prob. No receiver open
  4. Thats twice we've moved the pocket to the right and the plays been busted by the Saint R end. Its called containment.
  5. Not too long but something better that 5 yards
  6. Good play by Hartsfield there...He's raw but at least he's Physical.
  7. How does he get through for that extra yardage....Smeone has to stick their nose in there and hit the QB!
  8. At some point you have to take a shot. Get it out quick and throw it downfield and give Robby or someone the chance to go get it!
  9. Has Sam chucked a ball farther than 5 yards this half?
  10. The Saints are playing more man now. Filling the box to stop the run. Most teams would take a shot downfield at this point. If we can't or don't it will be a long game from here on out for us.
  11. Yeah... This definitely the problem with him coming back. The mistakes he makes with the roster and our draft capital. If he returns in 2022 and is in control then whoever is coach in 2023 could have the worst case scenario. We could be the worst coaching job in the NFL by then. Few would want to take that sh-tshow over.
  12. I wonder if we'll lose or add anyone else before game time tomorrow?
  13. Keep Watching (at least until the 3rd Quarter)... Hope we get better and continue to armchair QB and Coach Keep Pounding!
  14. What about Sean Ryan the QB coach. He was well thought of and had success before coming here. I kind of thought part of the reason Ryan was hired was because of his connection to Matt Stafford (... and our attempt to get him last offseason). I could see him leaving as well next season.
  15. Largent was amazing. He was quiet but deadly. Caught everything thrown his way and somehow seemed to be always open. Played for a poor Seattle Team with Jim Z. and David C as his primary qbs. He was probably widely considered the best WR of his era before Jerry Rice broke onto the scene. *Respect* That said-Smitty had a comparable career and should be a HOFer.
  16. I think Pickett is clearly the most NFL ready, but IMO Willis and Ridder have the most upside. I'd rank them. 1. Pickett 2. Coral 3. Howell 4. Ridder 5. Strong 6. Willis
