Looks like Scoot was having a good game before getting injured? Just got home -
He was the one that decided to worry about the social media team and who could/couldn't do interviews. This particular tweet really shows the lack of context in his words, he basically says nothing. Kinda a round about way of feeling sorry for himself failing in the NFL I guess

Evero's defense will be fast and aggressive.

Judging by how much churning they're doing on the D-line I'm nervous about the zone coverage/QB pressure combo. I know he's willing to blitz more than previous DC's so that might help on obvious passing downs -

Yeah looks like a 3 and no D kinda guy. Soft in the paint on both sides of the court. I wonder if he gained back any of the 13 pounds he lost when he got mono in the spring -

Yeah the body language is off to a bad start. If Scoot balls out this week it's gonna get ugly in the media/social media -

Whole team looks like trash but Miller isn't separating himself from anyone either. If he wasn't the 2nd overall pick he just looks like an npc jag standing around, playing below average defense -
Are you buying into the media's narrative that we are third tier
Jackie Lee replied to Jmac's topic in Carolina Panthers
You can balance out the outside media stuff with the Blueprint series and basically say who the fug knows. It should look more like an NFL team than what we watched the last couple years, but I also think many of us watched that Colts/Broncos TNF game that is in discussion for one of the worst games ever so who knows -
Yeah he is Twitter skills aren't any better than his coaching skills

When another team game plans against the concepts they pick up on tape and try to counteract? I'm waiting for the Jets joint practice for actual evaluation of how far along he is before buying into the fluff. Thank the last 5 years for some of that mentality, and it's generally the time that every presser is general optimistic questions without any adversity to address unless there is a contract hold out or injury etc

Kupchack talking about not having a leader on the court, wtf are him and Clifford leading? I don't have much faith in the nerds buying the team but hopefully they clean house and pay for a better staff that's not just obviously mailing it in
-
He's tall, but he couldn't attack the rim against college kids before he lost 13 pounds to mono. i

Yeah Wright didn't even really get OTA reps because he had hernia surgery so he could jump Keith Taylor and STO on the depth chart before roster cuts even happen. I hope Keith Taylor can look more like his rookie year as well before the previous staff did whatever they did to make him less effective
-
Wait for cuts, hopefully some rookies make some decent vets expendable and we can get someone that has proven to be not horrible

I still don't trust that refs aren't doing some form of gambling or providing info to an outside party for gambling on some level. Seems like it must be harder to enforce rules on the refs than players

Kaye seems to think Shi Smith is not standing out WR Shi Smith The Panthers went out of their way to stack the depth chart with receivers who could play in the slot this offseason. With Adam Thielen, DJ Chark, Johnathan Mingo and Damiere Byrd joining the position group, Smith was already facing an uphill battle to earn a job on the 53-man roster. Holdover receivers Terrace Marshall, Laviska Shenault and Derek Wright out-shined Smith during the offseason program. And while Smith provided the occasional impressive play in front of the media, he didn’t really take to the offense like his peers did during the five weeks of workouts. Smith’s special teams upside also took a major hit with the new kickoff rule. While he can return punts, Byrd and Blackshear can also thrive in that role. Smith needs to put together a phenomenal camp in Spartanburg to stay in a Panthers uniform.

Yeah you could argue that teams use that wr1 as a crutch. 2015 we had jags on the field and a rb rotation. Obviously we had Olsen at TE but a combo of Thielen and Hurst gives you that check down/red zone safety net. It's also arguably harder for teams to game plan against a team that spreads the ball out vs knowing Either DJ or CMC is getting the ball every snap
-
With teams more than likely keeping 3 qb's on the 53 after that new emergency qb rule i really don't see room for 7 Wr's. We need to keep extra cb's and O-line if anything considering current injuries.

The fact that Schnall is currently a minority owner of the Atlanta Hawks and the other guy was part of that GameStop stock thing is a cause for concern. These numb nuts with Kupcack and Clifford lol.
