  1. Year one of EIGHT! Takes eight to be great
  2. Yeah think of how many qb's that have taken this test have even had a chance to start for an NFL team with proper playbook time and game prep. So probably like 90% of the testers won't even make it onto an NFL with a full playbook and full legit game plan/practice time as the starter to even really be able to evaluate them post test
  3. Yeah. Even if adequate at the position, I'm not sure if the trade value is going to look great in the long run. I wonder how much Tepper had to do with moving up to #1, haven't read anything too deep on that decision
  4. He often started off a little hot on his outs and what not, then usually settled in. People forget that when he actually went into a QB friendly system in 2018 he ran it really well. Like 68% completions and the overall yards/td's etc didn't really dip that much
  5. The Bryce media tour thing is a little weird to me. I don't doubt either ones desire to compete, it's just been an odd few weeks. I can't remember if another potential first pick did this much voluntary media the week before the draft
  6. That video is not selling me on his drop back timing/arm strength issues at all but thanks. I know he could scramble in college vs guys that won't start in the NFL
  7. Any concerns on him standing on his toes or hopping in the air to get throws off? That kinda stuff no one brings up on film reviews for some reason
  8. I think it's even just QB's, pretty sure they have different tests for different positions.
  9. So Justin Fields had the highest score ever coming out of college. Doesn't he get knocked for his slower than desired processing in the pocket?
  10. This article is wild. I don't know who Bob McGinn is Here’s a sampling how some scouts summed up this collection of quarterbacks. AFC evaluator: “I would say a bit above average. There’s not a bonafide guy. There’s no Andrew Luck. Comparing it to Joe Burrow, Tua (Tagovailoa), Justin Herbert, that class was way better coming out. You can poke holes in all these guys.” AFC evaluator: “It’s the most overhyped, and understandably so, group that I can recall. Every one of them is flawed, and some with major flaws. So I think they all get overdrafted and, unfortunately, they all underperform. Even if they become starters they’re bottom-half-of-the-league starters.” AFC evaluator: “Teams have gone to better athletes at quarterback, but they’re shorter.” NFC evaluator: “None of these guys are Andrew Luck or Trevor Lawrence.”
  11. What kind of executive would call out Ohio State QB's? Also what is golongtd dot com? Twitter is already an odd place without blue check marks
  12. It's not like grading a paper A-F. It's like comparing scores of all the players in the database which is like 370 qb's or so. So 50 isn't a moron, it's average. I wish they'd just release some beta version online people could try it out but they're still trying to sell it to half the teams in the league. The guy was also wording things very carefully so that it's not the end all be all if a guy will be good or bust. If Purdy hadn't came out and done so well I don't think it would be getting this much hype
  13. The media is definitely mixing up the narrative at least to make it more interesting for this last week. I can't remember a more boring #1 qb pick than Trevor Lawrence. I guess the 9ers trade and knowing the Jets would do something stupid made that draft interesting though
  14. Yeah a couple people are finally pointing out the footwork stuff up on his toes and sometimes literally jumping in the air, that's not gonna go away. If coaches take that away he just can't even attempt some of those throws. Also the tissue paper soft throws thing was funny, DB's like soft throws too
  15. It's not that glowing of a breakdown you might actually enjoy it
  16. Well super bland but better than some alarm clock poo like the bucs tried. Also that coach is American Psycho level creepy
  17. Cards have had double digit trade offers, actually not a total waste of time listening to this crap
  18. Whatev this is is horrible
  19. So he says "if you're 5'6" and can't throw for more than 35 yards then it doesn't matter" How about 5'10" and 50 yards? JK. Seems like an overrated/unknown tool so far and only half the league has bought into it and gone under contract for the data. Curious to see how Levis does with his 93 score
