Whatever they labeled him as it was the proper way to use him. People knew this before he was even drafted. Chinn is at his best when he's actively engaged and not sitting in space dissecting what comes next. His ball skills and athleticism are strengths that help define his value and teams will need to find ways to put him in position to utilize both without exposing his inconsistent field awareness. He might find a future role as a big nickel or a cover linebacker who can drag tight ends around the field in sub-packages.

So where does Chinn go now? Woods and Bell are a good starting duo

Yeah Star never put up crazy numbers but we definitely missed him when he left -

Don't forget Haynes off the edge. I think anyone worried about switching to 3-4 didn't take into account we already have 4 OLB's that weren't getting used properly. Either way we needed the same amount of D-line help, just a matter of what size we were looking for, and large serviceable DT's are a lot cheaper than productive edge rushers -
One backup QB off the list

Market finally settling down. that's not much

I'm not sure Brandon Smith keeps that job and that Chinn would stay at Safety, but otherwise looks like a solid start. I think people were overreacting about switching to a 3-4, we needed basically the same positions filled either way, it's just what size we were looking for -

Carolina willing to move Corral. Cost won’t be high.

If you watch the Camp Confidential it's literally Rhule on the phone with Belichick, Tepper leaning over Fitts shoulder telling him to do it, and Fitt staring straight ahead like fug my life lol. -
What Veteran QB Do We Sign to Mentor the Rookie QB?

Won't be Stidham! Raiders have nothing now -
I don't like watching Jeudy play, he looks like he's going to tear an ACL any second on those skinny ass legs. He's like a Funchess level player

Going back to the combine interviews, I love both guys. Bryce is very humble and shy, Stroud came out like an alpha but in a respectable way. Levis reminds me of a jock from revenge of the nerds. Just some things to think about for locker room chemistry. I'll take Stroud if it's coming down to a leadership situation

If Stroud and Young go 1/2, It's gonna be tough for Carter and Anderson to not go 3/4. It's really not that mind blowing of a 1st round class after those 4. Pick 5-mid 2nd round is kinda whatever you need and who you like kinda for that need kinda thing

Not really believing that they realistically expect that much. The best Centers top out at like $12M and Boze was ranked like 26th in pass pro last year. He's ranked between 5th-10th best free agent center depending where you look

Bring it

Yeah, not sure he's gonna flick 60-65 yard bombs standing still either. Stroud made those deep balls look easy at the combine
