If Darnold wants to turn into a safe check down QB we could have just kept Teddy. If it's gonna be another questionable season at least let us watch a gunslinger like Mayfield fight for his career out there, and if that's not working out let Corral finish the last few games

And he covered the Browns before getting the job here, so he knows Baker is at a minimum an upgrade over Darnold. Even if the 2 had similar stats I'll take the guy that will talk poo and get his team hyped over ho-hum Darnold

Corral came in pissed off, has shown up early every day and is starting to look more relaxed in general from pictures and everything. At the least glad he's not being a diva and just biding his time. Message board aside no one wants a Darnold or PJ autograph, if Tepper wants to go business side on things roll with Baker and Corral, they have more similar arms and playing styles anyway so the adjustments aren't as crazy for the rest of the offense
