I'd much rather have Stroud than any qb in this draft. He's already shown he is legit.

But harping on how many interviews each guy got and when isn't reactions to anything being said in recent interviews. It's odd how disinterested people are in the combine. I get that not having a first changes things but draft success is alot more about mid and late rounds than round 1.

Where do you think we got that #1 pick from that we used to select Bryce? It came from the Bears who had the worst team in 2022.

I'm sure the Rams are happy we didn't agree to their trade offer. They took Byron Young in the 3rd and he outproduced Burns as a rookie. It's not impossible to find good OLBs. Its one of the benefits of going 3-4.

There isn't a whole lot in common between Evero's gap and a half scheme and the traditional 3-4 Capers ran other than both being considered 3-4

What we do know however is that Burns is not in the top 20 for pass rush win rate at edge and obviously not ranked for run stop win rate. While Brown just makes the top 20 for DT pass run win rate and was #1 at run stop win rate. Moss was certainly considered the top wr prospect of that draft. Anything from before or after the draft references off field issues being thr reason he dropped. Winning SB sure.....but we need to get back to simply enjoy winning games again. The SB or nothing mentally isn't fun for anyone and laughable for Panther fans to have.

The Panthers cant just snap their fingers and sign him to an appealing contract. They've been attempting that for at least year. If they could they would have. That's up to Burns.
