  1. Something like Stroud/Young & Hyatt/Downs would be dope. Then trade up again for a guy like LaPorta. Have an entire unit grow together
  2. Keeping pick 39 is huge for this year's draft capital. We keep 2025's first. I mean, we're gonna miss DJ but we've still got our whole draft minus pick 61. Not to mention, the 1st overall pick. Hot damn folks. They're not playing anymore games.
  3. Who knows, there's a lot of receivers on the trade market.
  4. We keep pick 39 and 2025s 1st. But DJ essentially replaced that value. I mean, this is just wild.
  5. They said they’d only do this if they found their guy, so is the guy Stroud?
  6. Misreport regardless, it’s a forgone conclusion we’re clearing ~11 mil from him one way or another. Factor that in with releasing Elflein and restructuring DJ (converting cap to bonus), and we’ll have $30 mil+ cap room to spend
  7. Hard to tell who’s really the best backup on the market. I’d say it’s between Brissett, Mike White and Heinicke personally.
  8. If we’re drafting a QB high (which is immensely likely), he’s got little use outside of being developmental backup behind a QB2 veteran like Brissett. So, if our staff prefers getting a late rounder for him instead, it could happen. Especially if we’re using capital on a trade up. Might as well get something for him if they don’t want him. Every team passed on him 3 times so makes sense there’s not much value. Who knows where some teams had him ranked last year.
  9. People should know he was almost exclusively a running QB in short yardage and RPO type plays for PSU under Franklin. Did have to come in as relief/backup a few times. This is probably even moreso important to know re:his skills/style/background than anything else:
  10. A pairing with Carr in NO's offense is possible. They need consistency to pair with Olave.
  11. The Athletic Bills writer has a pretty swervy mock draft recently without a trade happening and we miss on the top-4. We land: Jordan Addison WR, Nolan Smith EGDE/LB & Hendon Hooker QB, Calijah Kancey DT https://theathletic.com/4291178/2023/03/10/buffalo-bills-mock-draft-offseason/ Points for being different
  12. Bring the heat! I wanna see what you're seeing with him so I can be hyped if he's the pick. You offer good counter perspective.
  13. This is like an eery calm before the storm...
  14. Gotta say, I'm surprised this is all you have to say in here! Was probs the most interested to see your response given the nature of the thread.
  15. I had this itch a few weeks back and got some eye brows. Probs get a 5th or something. edit: Ah! Here was the wishful prediction:
  16. Just some musings: -We have the Packers' old OL coach that intimately knows Rodgers -A vet ready offensive line in place (Once Boze is locked) -A solid vet receiving option in DJ Moore -Pending RB signings, which coukd come via draft and FA, could be good there How crazy would this place be...it's really not the worst thing that could happen lol
  17. It screws the Colts which I’m game for. Bryce to HOU CJ to CAR AZ gets Anderson Levis to INDY
  18. Musgrave grave simply doesn’t have a lot of output to show for overall. I do think LaPorta is the one really being slept on after Mayer and Kincaid. The dude just produces and mauls. Some other like Schoonmaker, Kuntz, Kraft and Whyle don’t look shabby either.
  19. Mayer and Kincaid are likely gone, but I personally prefer Musgrave and LaPorta. Wouldnt be mad about getting Washington though. But I like some of these more complete dudes at the spot. Plenty of “monsters” have come through before.
  20. That is a lot from very little and a passing gag. Yikes
