KillerKat replied to J.B.'s topic in Carolina Panthers
The RB we picked up in the draft does Kick Returns. So does the WR. -

Can we keep it to just who the Panthers sign? -
He's been one of the most negative posters through out the whole draft. Must be really sad being that guy.
-
JJ Jansen is 35 years old. But of course the usual suspects will only see "Long Snapper" then use that to spew the bullshit they have been through out the entire draft.
-
Smith and Hubbard could be our returners also besides their respective positions.
-
Not as funny as your posts
-
People still bitching we drafted a guard? lol
-
ESPN is so god damn slow
-
I think the staff saw the draft was loaded and we had holes so they gathered as many picks as possible. Each draft is different so IDK if this will be the norm.
-
Based on what I've read, it does seem like FS would be good for him since he does better facing the ball and having more space between him and the receiver.

Pass Deflections and Coverage are more important than INTs. Usually the less INTs you have is because you are covering your guy well and QBs aren't throwing your way that often. The average fan should know this. Not surprising the usual suspects do not.

https://www.profootballnetwork.com/keith-taylor-nfl-draft-player-profile-washington-cornerback/ Positives: Two-year starter coming off a terrific senior campaign. Aggressive, feisty, and battles receivers. Fires up the field defending the run. Instinctive, keeps the action in front of him, and shows outstanding route recognition facing the action. Displays a good burst to the ball out of his plant, physically beats down receivers to defend the throw, and plays through the whistle. Defeats blocks by tight ends to get upfield and make plays against the run. Featured | NFL Draft Prospects 2021: Pauline’s updated big board, player rankings Negatives: Must improve and clean up his backpedal. Gave a big cushion to receivers last season. Struggles tracking the pass in man-to-man coverage. Analysis: Taylor was a solid yet unspectacular corner at Washington who went on and had a terrific week of practice during the Senior Bowl. He has the size and skill to be a No. 2 cornerback in the NFL, but must clean up his techniques and consistently make plays with his back to the ball.

6'2 CB Keith Taylor!
-
5 is usually on the main roster. Gameday always fluctuates.
-
We've typically kept 5 DTs. Not all the ones currently on the roster is going to be here in a year or 2.
-
A 313lb DT isn't big enough?
-
That's not what the original meaning was supposed to be. Rivera just bastardized it.
-
All you guys moaning about the trade downs can go fug yourselves. This has been a great draft. A 6'3, 313lb DT? Yes please.
-
is there a stat that shows which drafts were more loaded with talent than others?
-
ESPN is slow talking about the picks. They just now talked about ours.
-
Good pick, need to take the load off of CMC.
-
It also depends on the amount of talent in each draft. Not every draft is the same. If one draft lacks it, you try to trade up within reason. If the draft has plenty, then you can accumulate more picks. Stop being a Neanderthal.

You're ridiculous if you think you're smarter than this NFL GM.
-
I think Hurney broke most of the fanbase. Many here were just as good or better at decision making than he was. This is not the case with the current GM. Just sit back and be happy we have a competent GM and stop bitching.

We had holes to fill and about to draft 11 guys. People here are fuging stupid.
