    Actually Raanta ditched his new lighter gear and went back to his heavier pads to get the shutout win against the Sharks. I suspect he will stick with his heavier pads next time he plays but we’ll see.

    I like the lineup - that’s 4 lines of real scoring potential right there. Svech back on the first line will help break out Aho’s goal scoring. Depending on how things go in the game will be no surprise to see some shuffling during the game. But I’d like to see that lineup starting out.

    Yeah last 4 games GA was pretty good, but statistics wise who goes by last 4 games? Selective there. Last 5 GA: 6-3-2-0-2. 10 games played thus far compared to previous regular season:

    This team is capable of pretty consistently scoring 4-5 goals against good teams. Hasn’t happened yet but I believe that it will. The team defense for goals against is still a work in progress as well, haven’t matched last years performance.

    Not me. If Freddie can hold the flyers to 2 goals I’m good. Canes need to be a 4-5 goal a game team this season. They have the talent.
