Not sure there was a type of pass he didn't drop yesterday.
-
If you put your arms up all you're doing is basically signaling to the ref that yep, I was holding.
-
I don't think "they" did. I think Elijah Moore did. That guy had bricks for hands yesterday.
-
Elijah Moore had worse hands than Ginn yesterday.
-
Zach Wilson was more slippery than a KY wrestling match yesterday. Give the guy some credit. We were all over him all day but he's a tough cat to corral.
-
I saw a fumble on what would've likely been a walk in TD and two misfires to open receivers in the end zone. We left 3 TDs on the field. No one would be complaining about scoring 40 and that's what we should've done.
-
It really is a problem. I hope yesterday's usage was about easing Darnold in and getting him comfortable. I get it, when you have a versatile and dangerous weapon like that you want to go to it as much as possible, but after talking about the need to monitor his usage we need to see that actually come to fruition. CMC accounted for 30 touches. All other RBs combined for 2. We had 62 offensive snaps. CMC was the target on damn near half of them. That's not sustainable and I thought him being banged up last year would've taught us that.

It was truly one of the more blatant holds you'll see in a football game. No clue how anyone could have an issue with that call.
-
Yep. I distinctly remember that play too.
-
Yeah, that could end up addition by subtraction. Dude showed up way overweight and still looked way overweight and predictably slow. Now he might have a significant injury. Not looking good for his long-term NFL prospects.
-
I barely noticed him all game. That generally means a CB is doing his job pretty well.
-
Teddy looked good early on for us too. It won't last.

The Bears are gonna have to go to Fields sooner rather than later. Dalton threw the ball 38 times tonight and completed 70% of them. Big night, right? Wait... only 206 yards. 0 TDs. Dude averaged 5.4ypa. I honestly can't recall a ball traveling more than 19 yards past the LOS. Teddy Bridgewater would be embarrassed by that.
-
Oh, he definitely does. His problem is the turnovers. If Payton can cure him of turnoveritis he's gonna keep that train rolling down there in the raw sewage filled streets of N.O.
-
The Bears deserve what they get. How he was brought back for another season to begin with is just baffling. Dude is

I might start to believe you if Payton ends up legit fixing Jameis.

Biggest glaring redzone weakness?
LinvilleGorge replied to micnificent28's topic in Carolina Panthers
Olsen might have had a shot but he was a GREAT player. Love Walls, but he wouldn't have reeled that one it. It would've taken a circus catch. He was wide open. The throw should've been a lot better. Don't make the easy plays hard. -
Pretty much this.

What kinda twilight zone are y'all in tonight?
-
Stafford has a LOT of work to do. A whole lot.
-
That would be my argument against Rivers. You're smoking that real good poo trying to argue against Wilson and I kinda hate you right now for making me support Russell Wilson.
-
Hell, there's an argument to be made for Phillip Rivers and the guy only won five playoff games. Wilson is already in. Easily. For the record, I don't think Rivera gets in but there's an argument to be made.

I would've said Howell should've thrown a better pass to a wide open receiver. Thomas barely got fingertips on it. The throws was trash, y'all. It just was. -
Yeah he is. I DESPISE Russell Wilson, but he's absolutely HOF bound already and he ain't done yet.
-
Yep. The dude played with three HOF QBs. That's unreal. I think he would've been damn good anywhere, but man... he looked great in N.O. Like all-time great.
