  1. He doesn't bring his feet and hips with him. When he's in the pocket he's bouncing around like the Energizer bunny then when he sees where he wants to go with it he's not ready to throw. Now he has to try to get his hips in alignment and feet set and now the opportunity is passed.
  2. All that talk about his throwing with anticipation went right out the window when he threw two ugly picks across the middle trying to do that in week one. He became a see it first then throw guy after that and that's a tough row to hoe when your arm is subpar. By the time you see it it's already gone.
  3. But a QB can show the necessary traits to succeed despite being in a poo show. Bryce didn't. That's what concerns me. He proved to not be nearly as accurate as I thought he'd be and got hung up locking into his first read far too often while showing the footwork of River Dance in the pocket while the physical limitations that had me concerned proved to be considerably more limiting than I feared. It's a REAL uphill battle for him.
  4. It's all of the above. The OL sucked. The receivers sucked. The scheme sucked. The play calling sucked. And... yes, the QB sucked.
  5. There's more to it than just height. Stop being simple.
  6. Someone needs to make a documentary on this phenomenon at some point looking back on how a QB prospect with so many obvious physical talent red flags duped the majority of the football world when these protests are normally absolutely nit picked to death leading up to the draft.
  7. Yeah, the dumpster fire was literally because of everyone and everything except for Bryce Young. Keep believing that. I don't think that anyone has tried to argue that Bryce was the only problem but your head had to be deep in the sand to not see that he was a big part of the problem.
  8. Sure seemed that way. Like once they got him into camp and found out just how limited he was it was basically full on panic. Like we just traded up to #1 overall to draft UDFA level raw talent.
  9. I could never live in an HOA but if I did I would get a lot of entertainment out of internationally fuging with them. LOL
  10. Honestly not a fan McAfee but I do appreciate that he shits on Tepper hard and often.
  11. Trimble can cause Love a lot of problems defensively, I'm just not sure Hubert will go that route.
  12. Nothing but love for Caleb Love from me. I obviously hope he loses if he faces UNC but if he doesn't I hope he wins it all. Both teams have another game to play before we have to worry about that though.
  13. Yep, I mean day three picks you're pretty much choosing college production with questionable measurables or good measurables with head scratching my little production.
  14. Lassiter's timed speed is definitely concerning, no doubt about it. Keep in mind that Josh Norman ran similarly, then again he was also a 5th round pick in large part because of it. I'm a big fan of Cade Stover. It wouldn't shock me if he continues the trend of third and fourth tier TE prospects who prove to be better than more hyped prospects.
  15. You can always pair the aging legend with an elite D and then ask the refs to carry you to a Lombardi.
  16. I get it for them though. They're trying to go all in with Rodgers in the Twilight of his career. If you're running it back with him then a guy like Williams makes a lot of sense.
  17. It's a move you consider if you think you're a Mike Williams away from competing for a SB. We clearly aren't that.
  18. I'm all about giving Bryce the best opportunity to prove he can be the answer next year but signing a big money 30 year old WR ain't it. You gotta protect yourself if he proves to NOT be it. Which is honestly the most likely scenario.
  19. I wouldn't be opposed to it. He pretty much has it all minus prototypical size.
  20. You would've thought going 4-8 overall and 1-8 in the PAC-12 would've slowed the hype a little but nope.
  21. Oregon only shot five FTs in a double overtime game that they dominated the points in the paint 40-18. They have a very legitimate beef with the officiating in that one.
  22. Oregon is cooked. They're completely out of gas now.
  23. Ball don't lie. Creighton got away with a blatant illegal screen to get a wide ass open 10 footer at the end of OT to win it but missed. Onto double OT.
  24. Oregon just blew a golden opportunity o beat Creighton in regulation. It goes to OT. All of Oregon's second half points were scored by only two players and Oregon's has only shot one FT all game long while Creighton's coach constantly screams at the refs. Like bruh... your opponent shot one FT on an intentional foul. STFU.
