  1. Truth. Shaq is probably the only guy on the roster who I might honestly argue has improved under Rhule. Everyone else seems to be about the same or worse.
  2. It's hilarious how sure of yourself and your opinions you still are despite being wrong about virtually everything you've ever posted. How's your man crush of a hedge fund bro doing so far as an owner? Damn, that Appaloosa Model is just killin' it!
  3. I don't think this says what you think it does about either Rhule or the Big 12. But yeah, Matt Rhule is going to be just fine. Either way, he's going to have tens of millions of Tepper's money in the bank.
  4. At the NFL level it all happens so quickly. The read is presnap. Once the ball is snapped, you basically have a split second to recognize what the D is doing. Everything that happens after that is pure reaction. If you're still thinking it's going to happen too slow.
  5. Honestly, this is what I think too. Powerhouse programs are probably not going to be interested in him right now. He's just been THAT big of a trainwreck here. He's probably going to end up at a Baylor level job again and reprove himself at the college level at a mid-level P5 school.
  6. The problem is QB. The problem is also the OL. The problem is also coaching. They're all massive problems.
  7. You're high on copium. Embrace the suck.
  8. We have a front office who was hired knowing that Rhule had the final say on everything football related. Now maybe they didn't realize how hard headed he'd be in terms of actually listening to and receiving sound advice. That's very possible. But good GM candidates don't take jobs as baby sitters for college coaches. Morgan likely deeply regrets leaving a solid organization in Buffalo.
  9. Fitterer's and Morgan's connection don't matter here. This is Rhule's organization. Ultimately he's going to hire guys he's comfortable with out of his very limited circle.
  10. I could be wrong but as an outsider looking in, I just don't think that Flores was ever on the Tua wagon. Kinda feels like Tua was forced on him and they were never on the same page.
  11. It also suggests that Rhule hasn't broadened his NFL circle doubling back to re-interview previously rejected candidates for bigger roles than they were previously rejected from.
  12. I'm still really surprised that Flores was fired. He had really seemed to hit on something in Miami in the 2nd half a of the season. Seemed like there was a lot to build on there. I think he probably ends up with the Giants job.
  13. Damn... two years ago Rhule deemed this guy unworthy of a position coach job and now he's hiring him as OC. That's about as concrete of proof that you've gone from choosing to begging in your hiring process. Has McAdoo even been considered for other OC jobs in the meantime?
  14. There's actually a decent chance that dork would be a better NFL coach than Matt Rhule. He might be smart enough to hire good assistants and then just GTFO of their way. That would automatically make him better than Rhule.
  15. Sticking with your failed coach just to watch him bounce to take a college job... oh wee mayne. That'd be an all-time ego checking right there. Here's to hoping it happens. I'm just here to watch the trainwreck at this point. Zero emotional involvement left in this franchise.
  16. I just don't even get mad anymore. I've reached a state of perfect apathy. Thanks Tepper.
  17. Every time I think we've achieved a new low under Rhule, he proves me wrong and digs some more. Now for acquiring the next retread vet QB who will inevitably and very predictably flop terribly.
  18. Matt Rhule would say if Kittle's arms were an inch longer he wouldn't be getting held.
  19. Andy Dalton. Andy. Dalton. Andy. Fuging. Dalton. That's where we are now?
  20. Excuse me while I interrupt the never ending bitchfest on Tepper and Rhule's Panthers, but today was a good day. https://allthatsinteresting.com/it-was-a-good-day-actual-date
  21. For a rookie playing behind a terrible OL with no passing game to speak of, I was happy with Chuba. No, he's not CMC by any means but he subbed in better than could be reasonably expected for a 5th round rookie.
  22. Given our atrocious QB, OL, and coaching situations it's really hard to give a fair assessment of him. We just aren't a team conducive to success on the field either individually or as a team, especially on offense. Just the sad truth.
  23. Rhule cashing his fat checks and telling Tepper that he's going to pay elite OC money to some bum who has one year of NFL coaching experience as a position coach after being a terrible college HC and OC.
  24. Saying one thing that sounds good and doing a totally different bullshit thing is starting to seem like Rhule's modus operandi.
