UNC's DL always looks like they're playing in 8" deep thick ass mud. We need some better athletes up there.

Their entire roster has opted out on an already bad defense and our offense still can't do poo. They just fell apart after that 17-0 start against Georgia Tech. They've been flat out bad ever since.

What an awful stadium for a football game. Imagine paying a premium price for first row 50 yardline tickets just to get to the stadium and realize you need fuging binoculars to see the game because you're 30 yards away from the field.

It is for sure changing the calculus for a lot of these guys who might have in the past came out and been mid-round picks. Definitely changing the calculus for small school guys who are borderline draftable but they can jump to a big school and cash some checks for it while also potentially improving their NFL stock vs better competition.

They're pretty much all comically bad.

I think Oregon may blow out UNC. Or maybe UNC blows out Oregon. Or maybe it's a competitive game. I have absolutely no clue what to expect out of this game and not much of anything will surprise me.

No one disputes Darnold's ability to make elite throws. No one disputes Darnold's talent. It's just that bad things happen when he gets pressured and/or has to go through his progression. He panics. You can't fix panic. It's instinctual. Any game where we can't dominate defensively and through the running game is a game we're likely to lose. You gotta win by asking Sam not to have to win the game. What he's done this year is proven that he can be a high level backup. He has salvaged his NFL career in that regard and that's not nothing.

Honestly, it's a good thing. It would be a good reminder to Tepper that despite making the playoffs due to playing in an all time terrible division, his Panthers are a long way from arriving and he has significant work to do to regain the faith of this fanbase.

In terms of roster moves? Yeah. I mean, he looked absolutely awful. You really can't count on him for anything in terms of making decisions on roster moves at the QB position. If he surprises and develops into something, awesome. If he doesn't, oh well but you've already planned for that.

If you wear a metal band during physical activity you're asking to lose that finger.

I think Carr is a decent QB in an awful organization. I just don't have the stomach for more veteran retreads at this point. It's time for a different approach.

My opinion always has been and always will be that if you don't have a definitive answer at QB on your roster and you think there's a potential franchise QB available, you should draft him. Period.

What I'm starting to accept is that any football opinion held by David Tepper is more than likely to be a bad one.
