How fondly will we remember the fitterer/Rhule and Fitterer/reich era of our franchise?

Honestly one of the worst in NFL history given the moves he made. Probably right next to whoever was the browns GM when they were 1-31 over two seasons. This team had the potential to go 0-17 and was lucky to get two wins.

He does realize that he probably played himself into the franchise tag right?

I’m old enough to remember him being in here advertising his failed pizza restaurant. Is that who we want running this thing? It might be the best we can do though.

Zach Wilson had a passer rating over 100 twice this season. Even the awful QBs have a game here and there. This was nothing more than a fluke given that he followed up it by looking worse than he has all year.

The upside is even being average would be an improvement. The bar is low. Also, Tepper will have to give a new coach some slack due to his reputation and how the last two hires have gone. Also the division isn’t scaring anyone. its not a great job but there are still attractive things about it. My first order of business would be to make sure I had a good backup QB for when young needs to benched next season.

This is the low point. Tied for the longest stretch of non-playoff seasons with 96-03 but by 02 we had started a turnaround and were in the supper bowl the following year. This team is comparable to 2010 but without the first round pick to draft a good QB. The 2001 team could sometimes score points and would beat this team by two touchdowns. 2010 is the closest comparison but that was an intentional tank by the front office due to the upcoming lockout and being in between franchise QBs. In hindsight it was a brilliant move. This year we actually tried to win games and had a dumbass owner and GM who somehow thought we were on the cusp of greatness. LMAO. Tepper needs to go into hiding and not be seen or heard from until about 2026.

Lawrence is the QB to whom most people compared Bryce’s rookie season. Well 3 seasons in he hasn’t been all that great himself.

Exactly. It’s certainly not a great roster but this o-line played well enough last year to have most people thinking it wasn’t a weakness coming into the season. Some of that was playcalling and some of it was not having a 5’5” QB taking the snaps.

Just ask yourself: is there any way you see this guy threatening to get to a Super Bowl? His performance this year was laughable outside of one half and two drives. He is already smaller than 99% of historical NFL players outside of kickers and punters. His arm strength on corner and sideline throws is high school level and he can be brought down if you fart on him. He’ll get next season because Tepper can’t take any more hits for being impatient right now. But he’s not the guy and the sooner someone in charge realizes that the better.

It’s hard to put into words how much I hate that fat fukker

Im not sure that we will see a modern era football team get shut out in two straight games ever again. Even 2008 was a different era of football.

Cam couldn’t even talk after his rookie year losses. Young was born with a silver spoon in his mouth and doesn’t have the DNA or physical skills to be an NFL QB. He wouldn’t even be a good backup.

Agreed. He’s at least just as bad. You can see that no one on any opposing defense has any respect for his arm strength. Just load the box and he’s done.

It’s hard to imagine a worse roster than the one that fat fug Fitterer has assembled. His second round WR pick can’t even line up right. Then his top 10 tackle gets beat like a drum and finally his franchise QB plays like Clausen.

He’ll make a throw against prevent coverage and a couple of people here will lose their minds and say he’s great and he just needs better weapons and a line.
