The issue with RIvera was never about his character or steadiness it was consistency. Man had several shoulda been HoFers only one maybe two will even get in now... I like Rivera the person but moving on was the right decision, just because this franchise went backwards like it always seems to do doesn't mean you just stick with mediocrity.
