Yep, do the electric slide in the pocket, whatever it takes

Maybe we would have had more attempts at the plate had the ball be put in CMC's hands more often in the first half. But let's say that first half struggles is why he didn't get the touches. FML

So this is how IDL take plays off, just collapse into the arms of the OL.

With respect to the OP, why was our gameplan so pass-heavy against a team with vaunted pass rushers against a rookie LT and shitbag for a Center? We have CMC and Foreman, yet we put Baker in some type of "go prove yourself to the team that kicked you to the curb" redemption story.
As soon as Baker showed signs of his nerves, or whatever that was, we should have adjusted while the game was still even on the scoreboard. Yet, the coaches doubled-down on the passing attack that wasn't working.

We would pass on first and second, leaving no doubt as to our third down play call. Those batted passes man...

When you're scratching your head wondering why we are losing to bad teams, and then it hits you. We are the bad team. Next week should be a better indicator of who we are and what to expect this season. I'm willing to give some latitude for this being the first game and Baker didn't get it going until late. That said, without a run defense we will need to score 30+ to have a chance.

On days like today, I envy those who are out and about in the world around us. Shopping, gardening, fapping in public, whatever. They luckily don't live their life around a football team. Now, I've never really clicked with someone who wasn't a sports fan of some kind, but just a little today, I envy those with no emotional investment, that can have relaxing Sundays in the fall. And for those who say it's easy, just let go, sorry it's not that easy. I've been ride or die Panthers since inception in 1995. It's in my DNA and will never change. I'm doomed to suffer for my entire life.

Question I have to ask... does Snow get fired before Rhule?
Same time. One can hold the door for the other on their way out, they both need to be gone asap.

Seriously, that ref can go fug all the way off. How badly do you not know the rules to turn on your mic and announce to the crowd that something is not a penalty and then explain what was done which qualifies as exactly that penalty. I mean wtf?

How about tomorrow morning at an 11AM press conference? Sounds good to me.

Matt Rhule brought in Phil Snow. Send them both packing immediately, let Wilks and Holcomb assume HC/DC duties, I don't care at this point. Something has got to be better than this clown show.

Started out real rough while the defense got rode into the ground. The Browns had an obvious insight advantage to Baker in the first half and we adjusted well for the second.
It was a pretty good game from there until the zebras started their poo. That PI really hurt us but that was kind of our only emotional breakdown of the game.
The game was lost with that RTP Burns penalty which was an absolute joke.
There is not much different I think Rhule could have done this game. You can question not going for a TD but they did the obvious choice of taking the other teams timeouts away from them.
If not for that RTP, this is an entirely different fanbase right now.
We would be a happier fanbase, yes, but if not for that penalty, and had we won the game, most fans here know we would have won in spite of Matt Rhule.

A few pounds of eastern-style BBQ with the trimmings, variety of beers, and some buffalo dip to top it off. Hosting some Huddle legends today so had to step it up @PhillyB @OneBadCat
LFG!

I can't wait for next Sunday. I'm going to make some plans and I don't even know what they are yet but they won't involve the Panthers. Yay freedom.
