And there you go... he could join an entire organization of dicks, he'd be right at home. -
Sean Payton to coach in 2023 for the right team

I would give New Orleans a bag of dicks for him, just to make sure they didn't have to suffer through another season of not having a bag of dicks on the sideline. -
You're fortunate. Most municipalities and counties require foundation permit and inspection, regardless of what is sitting on top of it. Electrical?
-
How's the permitting process and inspections where you are? Fairly quick and hopefully not waiting for days to do a foundation final, etc.?

Been awhile and I've finally gotten onboard with some of the more popular series of the past couple years: Queen of the South Breaking Bad Ted Lasso If you haven't watched any of the "Untold" sports documentaries on Netflix- they are good: "Bad Sport" on Netflix is another series similar to "Untold." Couple of those episodes are really good. I still have to catch up on Barry and Succession from this past season.

The Saints have been beating Carolina's ass for quite some time. Specifically, a 2-9 going back to the 2017 season. And, given some of the most dismal performances in the history of the franchise, I doubt another loss to the Saints will make any difference.

in stark contrast, here are the Carolina Hurricanes coming down the tunnel...

His defensive skill set got a lot better in Chicago the last couple years, although he steadily increased PIM, mostly because Chicago has been pretty bad since their last Cup run and the decision to get rid of everyone on the team but Patrick Kane. Solid 17-18 minutes per game on the ice and he's a left hand shooter. He's got a better chance of making the roster than Derek Stepan does at this point. -
To be fair, most politicians are also shady business owners or have very close relationships with shady business owners. And the NFL is one very shady business. Somehow exempt from anti-trust legislation, a pure monopoly and essentially a 21st century plantation operation paying its workers a poo-ton of money to pick that TV revenue cotton.

Okay, pay attention this time. The roughing call was questionable. But, the roughing call, just like the spike rule are both judgment calls. My guess is you would not have said a thing about it had the Browns needed a TD to win and Brissett spiked the ball to stop the clock so he could make one last heave into the end zone and it fell harmlessly to the ground. You would not have said a fugging word about the call/no-call had the Panthers convincingly won the game.

Players get fined for disparaging refs, just like coaches. And people who know anything about football would know that. Funny, haven't seen any fines levied by the league for criticizing refs. And those are usually doled out on Tuesdays. But yeah, keep complaining about officiating. The only questionable call made was roughing the passer- a judgment call, just like the spike. But if you want to get calls going your way, you need to be a good team. Good teams get calls that go in their favor. Not teams who give up 217 rushing yards at 5.6yds a carry. Good teams don't catch about 100 yds in penalties. Manage to move the ball and manage the clock- 21 minutes of possession in a 60-minute game is not going to win many. It's a bad team with no discipline. And, to make matters worse, blaming the refs is a clear demonstration of the lack of accountability. Now, go on, and get back to class.

It's a 60-minute football game and the Carolina Panthers did not put forth their best effort (or maybe they did) for 60 solid minutes. And, if you're comfortable laying this loss at the feet of the officials, then don't watch the NFL any more. You don't know enough about the game to watch. You take care of business for 60 minutes and don't create a situation for officials to make a subjective call. Just out of curiosity, how many post-game pressers lamented the outcome of the game and how the officials cost the Panthers the victory? How many players made comments to that effect?

I have an 10x16 Graceland building. Cleared, leveled and laid crush & run on a 14x20 space. Prepainted, 1 window, delivered and set up for $3300 (2014). I had it completely wired last year and it went from being a storage/utility/shop to a functioning workshop ahead of my retirement. It's about 50' from the house, so the underground wiring, 10 outlets, outside outlet, outside floodlights over the door, 30A panel inside all cost me $2k. Will be installing a small window AC unit this winter. Bought some castlerock landscape blocks from a neighbor ($20 for 2 pallets) to finish around the outside and spread cedar to keep the grass & weeds from creeping in.

When you're a bad team with bad leadership and a complete lack of discipline across the spectrum, hoping the refs will bail you out of a poor excuse for a football game is pretty weak. When all else fails, go after the refs, I guess.

Looking forward to the season. Preseason starts in less than 2 weeks and with the Carolina Panthers looking as though they're on the way to another disappointing season, having an organization committed to winning is always easy to support. An interview I found on YouTube featuring Hanna Yates:

Jacoby Brisset is a poor man's Teddy Bridgewater. Leave it to the Panthers to make him look good. -

Jacoby Fugging Brisset is going to beat the Panthers. Everything you need to know about the 2022 Panthers are in that statement. Think about that for a minute. -
What's the over/under on the number of games he misses this year?
