Penn St's defense has been fairly impressive so far considering how poorly their offense is playing.

And doesn't do that as well as he should. Harrison was as wide open as can be earlier in the game along the side line and Stroud threw it so that Harrison was forced to step on the line when making the catch. He should have threw it lower and more inside.
