    Yep he thought he could draft Young and win immediately. That's why all the pr talk out of the front office about being a qb away from winning came from.

    I still think that the video of fitt and Reich talking about Young was pr bull and that neither wanted him. The decision was made by Tepper and he overruled his football staff. Which he's apparently doing again right now to get a #1 wr they will have to give up serious assets for.

    I don't think getting rid of fitt changes the drafting or trades the team makes.

    If he isn't the worst, he's a close second...but I can't think of one worse right now.

    No his play has been god awful to ehhhh over the whole course of a game. Dalton came in and threw for nearly 400 yards. Young hasn't been good, he's at best been mediocre

    His college tape wasn't that bad though. I had him as my #1 qb and imo it wasn't close.

    Yep, and he threw away a ton of passes as well. He can read the field just as well as Bryce. The raw takes were bs media 100%

    Bryce is plug and play if you have weapons and an oline. If you don't then he shouldn't see the field til those two are fixed. Stroud and AR can play with sub optimal players around them because they will take shots and trust the WR and with AR if the line breaks down he can take off and run.

    I wanted AR even after the trade to 1. He was never going to be at #9. His floor was at #4. Imo he's the best Pro qb of the bunch. Most potential/highest ceiling, highest floor, big and athletic, can read the field and make all the throws.

    AR wasn't nearly as raw as people thought he was and you could tell from watching him and the reports of his whiteboard work.

    I think he got traded because he didn't fit Wilks and the belief in the building was that Wilks would be the coach for a while at the time.

    It's not frank. Look at last week's against an equally bad secondary. Dalton had multiple completions over 20 yards. It's Young 100%.

    He can't handle speed and teams are attacking him now and Reich isn't giving him a ton of help like Wilks did when he turned it around.

    I agree, you do what LA did with Bennett. Howevere, Jones should still have access through the nflpa for mental health assistance but he's got to want help or no amount of help is going to actually help.

    Same problem he had last year before they started giving him help. Speed, his feet aren't fast enough. He gets killed against speed and if he doesn't have help, he's gonna get beat or have to step early. It also looks like teams are purposefully moving their speed rushers to his side against us as well.

    Yea with how long he's been holding the ball so far, probably would've been 15-16 qb hits instead of the 9 or 10 that Dalton got. I just don't see how you can play him til the line is healthy
