Rumors are that Frank won't be fired during the season. -

Very few owners are that directly involved in trades and picks. Very, very few... most let the football staff run everything and show up in the owners box for the games. -
Could Both Fitterer and Reich Be Safer Than We Think?

No I'm talking about the fact that the route combinations got changed completely for the Seattle game to the point where it's obvious that the same offense wasn't ran in that game compared to the others. Or to the fact that the route combinations in that game were made for the skill position personal the team has where it's not that way in the games that by is playing in. It's really night and day, even if you ignore the results of that game. It's still a fact that the play calling in that game fit the personal on the field more than it has in any other game. I could keep going but I won't. -

No not skimmed down, the route combinations are different for the same play calls. Go watch Steve Smiths podcast after the Seattle game. I mean shoot I noticed it. -

Yep it was between AR and Young in the room. I'll give you two choices on who made the qb decision and why the team didn't end up meeting AR for dinner. Bet you only need one choice though. Lol Because the offense showed up week one designed for AR and not BY. -

We know for a fact it wasn't a consensus pick. There were reports from solid sources that quite a few in the room wanted AR. -
Nah that's the DJ Moore revenge game where he goes off for 290 yards.

I've read the article. Read it when it came out originally. I'm telling you it's pr speak. Look at the route combinations in the Seattle game vs the other ones... they aren't running the offense like it's designed with Young playing and it's so clear that even Steve Smith mentioned it after the Seattle game. -

That's pr bull and it's easy to tell when former players are calling out the route changes for the backup to the #1 pick. This offense isn't designed for Young at all and that's all ya need to know to know that he at least wasn't who Reich wanted. -

You could look at the offense being designed for a qb with different traits then Young or that they changed the offenses route combinations for Young and we've only seen the actual offense once this season against Seattle. Most owners don't show up to the pre draft or interview processes for prospects unless they are directly involved in the decision making process. Khan, and Jones come to mind over the last few years that have done this. -
Steve Smith also said they had a problem after the Seattle game because he could see the route combination changes like I did. Either they don't trust Bryce or he's the problem. Either way, he's at the center of the issues. Then on the flip side I've been saying that the players on offense don't fit Reich and Browns system. The oline... nope they don't The wr's outside of AT.... nope Sanders... nope Bryce... nope Te's fit but that's it really. Whole lot of square pegs going into round holes. It's maddening

I knew he wasn't going to play well, especially out of the gate. Only worse when you realize that the offense isn't built for him. So... yea. The added weight at the combine and not doing drills, then doing drills at pro day but not being weighed shoulda told everyone all they needed to know. He plays at 185 and gets down into the low 180s to the high 170's during seasons. He doesn't have the size to be in the NFL and I don't mean height. If he's successful, he will be the first sub 190 qb to ever be successful In the modern nfl. To think he will be successful is putting to much expectations on him to start with. Screw everything else.

What will really cook your noodle, is if Fields works out and they have the #1 from us..... they can trade it for 3 firsts easily. If fields doesn't work out, they can get either Williams or Maye plus MHJ.

If this 49ers team stays healthy, they win the superbowl.

Biggest pre-game point spread in NFL history?
carpanfan96 replied to tukafan21's topic in Carolina Panthers
No it's the overall but it's moved -3.5 since the 4th. Lol https://dknetwork.draftkings.com/2023/10/8/23885025/nfl-odds-2023-panthers-vs-dolphins-week-6-spread-moneyline-over-under-point-total-opening -

It's -14 right now, which is pretty dang big spread. O/U is 47.5 -
Young might still work out but his rookie year is going to be dreadful. I still think he was qb3 in that draft and should've never been in consideration for #1 overall but it is what it is.
